Saint Mary 36-14 offensive coordinator, Sterbick was part of building the program from scratch beginning in 2008. After a 2-8 Kansas Wesleyan def. No. T11Ottawa 31-28 inaugural campaign, Grand View went 22-11 over the next three seasons. The 2011 season produced an 8-4 Tabor def.
