24 second | 4 - 8 minute quarters | 1 minute between quarters and 5 minutes between halves.

**An additional 8 minute quarter will be played at the conclusion of a game during league play, to allow players who don't see as much playing time to have an opportunity to play. The score will be set at 0, and the final score at the end of the 8 minutes, will have no impact on the outcome of the original 4 quarter game. **

The ref handles the after every whistle including back court. The kids can pass ref as fast they can to avoid time delay.

No handle after baskets made. | You can substitute players at any whistle or after your opposition scores in the last two minutes of a game.

8 second backcourt . 8 total -- If a ball is tipped out they continue the count on the inbounds. Ex. If the ball is checked out after 5 seconds in the back court the team now has three seconds to release a pass to someone in the front court or pass the centre line .

Bonus on 5th in each quarter -- 2 shots on all - shots on defensive fouls only | Refresh of fouls at the start of each quarter.

Wide . - if a school has no markings for wide key then narrow key but maximum 6 people set up including the shooter on free throws. 3 defensive, 2 offensive players plus shooter - - - all others outside the 3 line and above the foul line extended.

As soon as 1 point (ball or either foot has crossed centre line then there is no going back for over and back) No dribbling while straddling the line.

All Timeouts reported to the bench by the coach. Only at whistles & after the other team scores you are awarded a timeout but only if you had the time out called at the bench before the shot was taken(last two minutes of game). Two - first half and three - second half. No carry over to the second half. You get the ball at half in the last two minutes of the game when you call a timeout after a basket. All timeouts are 1 minute long. Players can't call them.

The last 2 minutes of the last quarter and over time periods any timeout by the defensive team that team gets the ball advanced and in bounded at half court like an over and back throw in. This one has the athlete straddling the centre line which means they can throw to either front or back court. - - - If ball is in bounded from the front court it can't be passed to someone in the back court.
