Colonel Bradford D. Coley is the Chief of Logistics Readiness Division, Directorate of Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Headquarters United States Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa, Ramstein , Germany. The division is responsible for providing transportation, supply and logistics plans policy and implementation direction to over 5,000 logistics readiness personnel and managing resources valued at over $3.6 billion, along with providing air component logistics readiness/theater security cooperation support to 91 countries in USEUCOM & AFRICOM AORs. The division is also responsible for development of all USAFE/AFAFRICA theater contingency, sustainment, emergency logistics plans and agreements; coordinating logistics requirements and support for weapons systems valued at $7 billion; managing war readiness material, and establishing command vehicle authorizations and administering vehicle management. Colonel Coley is also the Command’s Logistics Readiness Officer Developmental Team Member.

Colonel Bradford D. Coley entered the Air Force as a graduate of the Reserve Officers Training Corps program at the University of Central Florida in September 1994. He earned Master’s degrees in Aerospace Science, Military Operational Art and Science, as well as Strategic Studies. Col Coley has held a variety of positons, from level to the Joint Staff. He is also a Certified Acquisition Professional in Acquisition Logistics.
