Introduction
This document provides details about all Premium Services offered by Korek including SMS and IVR services.
As a Korek customer, you can enjoy the most from you mobile phone with all the information and entertainment you need at your fingertips.
There are a number of ways to subscribe to premium services. You can send the corresponding service keyword (numeric, letter or word) to the service’s designated short code or follow the IVR prompts.
That's it! You'll get the Korek text message within a minute with the information you asked for.
1. Short Code
Short codes (also known as short numbers) are special numbers designed to be easier to read and remember than normal telephone numbers. It’s widely used for value- added services such as television program voting, ordering ringtones, charity. Messages sent to a short code can be billed at a higher rate than a standard SMS or free.
2. MO SMS
Mobile-Originated Short Message Service. The message that the customer sent to the Short codes from his own mobile. The SMS can be free or paid depending on the service type
3. MT SMS
Mobile Terminating- Short Message Service. The message that terminated in the customer mobile and the message could be free of charge or paid depending on services type.

2. Disclaimer related to Activation
Some services require multiple steps to activate. Each activation step requires the customer to send an SMS to the requested service. Some services charge for each SMS sent to the requested service based on the Price per SMS of the service. Some services charge for the SMS received from the requested service.
3. Disclaimer related to Service Period
Each service has a unique service period. When activating a service the customer should expect this service to continuously communicate to him during the defined service period.
4. Disclaimer related to Deactivation
Some services allow deactivating before the end of the service period. For some services, if a subscriber wants to deactivate before the end of the service period, deactivation fees will apply based on the Price per SMS of the service.
5. Disclaimer related to Quality of Services
Korek endeavors to provide service using reasonable skill and care. Korek makes no representations or warranties (expressed or implied) in relation to the service and will in no event be liable for lack of service or the accuracy of information.
