Meet Information

Entry Fee: $300 per school (includes both men and women). Make checks payable to: GRACE COLLEGE. Entry fees can be turned in on day of the meet or mailed to: Jeff Raymond Grace College 200 Seminary Drive. Winona Lake, IN 46590

Entries: Entries must be completed on Direct Athletics. Deadline for entries is Monday, May 3 at 12:00 midnight. Each team is allowed 4 entries in each individual event. All entry marks must be from the 2021 outdoor season.

Performance Lists / Heat Sheets: Performance lists will be sent to coaches by noon on Tuesday, May 4. Any changes or scratches can be made until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After that time, no changes are allowed and scratches will result in that athlete being eliminated from the meet. Heat and flight sheets will be sent to coaches by Wednesday at noon and will be posted at www.crossroadstiming.com.

Coaches Meeting: All head coaches will meet at 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 6.

Implement Weigh-In: Will take place in the track shed. Thursday: 8:00-9:30 (Multi-Events) Thursday: 11:00-1:30 (Open Throws) Friday: 8:00-1:00 (Multi’s and Open Throws)

Running Event Check-In: All running event competitors will check in at the tent outside the fence near the 100 meter start line. Hip numbers will be given out at check-in.

Team Tent Areas: Team tents/camps can be set up in two places: South of the track, on the grass outside the fence (near the track shed); OR, on the grass outside the backstretch.

(NO TEAM TENTS/CAMPS ALONG THE HOME STRETCH, IN THE BLEACHERS OR IN THE GRASS NEAR THE THROWING VENUES.)

Parking: All buses and large vans may be asked to park about ½ mile away from the facility. Buses and vans can drop off (see attached facility map) and then will be directed to a parking location.

Restrooms/Locker Rooms: There is a central restroom facility between the softball and baseball fields, approximately 150 meters from the track. Several porta-pots will also be available at the track facility. There are no locker rooms available near the track.

Team Scores: The meet will be scored: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
