THE AWAKENING OF GOD’S ELECT Dr. William Soto Santiago Sunday, January 4, 1998 (Second activity) Cayey, Puerto Rico ood afternoon, beloved friends and brethren present Gand viewers. May the blessings of Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, be upon you all and upon me too, and may we all soon be transformed and taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in Heaven. In the Eternal Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen. I want to read in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, chapter 5, verses 13 and on, where he tells us: “But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.” May God bless His Word in our hearts, and bless our hearts with His Word, and allow us to understand It. Our subject for this occasion is: “THE AWAKENING OF GOD’S ELECT.” When we speak of God’s elect, we are speaking of God’s firstborn, written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of 4 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO Life, since before the foundation of the world. The apostle Saint Paul also spoke of them in his letter to the Hebrews, in chapter 12 and verse 22 and on, where it says: “But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven…” Where are the names of the firstborn written? They are in Heaven, for they are in the Lamb’s Book of Life written since before the foundation of the world. These people are pointed out in the Bible as the sons and daughters of God, who would come to this planet Earth to live to make contact with eternal life and receive Christ as their Savior in the time that they would be given to live on this Earth. Now, these people come from Heaven, these people are the firstborn of God, the elect of God. And just as for the firstborn, there in Egypt, when Egypt was going to be visited with death…, where the firstborn in Egypt were going to die (both of the gentiles and also of the Hebrew people) if they did not have the sign applied, we find that for the salvation of the firstborn, God ordered the death of the paschal lamb, and that this paschal lamb be placed inside the house, roasted in fire and eaten by those who would be inside the house; and there would be the firstborns, inside that house, and the blood of that paschal lamb applied on the lintel and on the doorposts or on the door of the house; and thus the firstborns of the Hebrew people who were inside the houses where the paschal lamb was being eaten would escape death. And now you see how in order for the firstborns of THE AWAKENING OF GOD’S ELECT 5 God —written in Heaven since before the foundation of the world— not to die, but to live eternally, when passing through this Earth we have had the Lamb of God here on this planet Earth, the Paschal Lamb, Jesus Christ, who died on Calvary’s Cross and shed His Blood for all of us. And now we apply His Blood on the lintel of our soul, of our heart, and we have Christ within us; and we eat Christ in the House of God, which is the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, where the Blood of Christ is also applied on the Door, on the lintel and on the doorposts of the Door. And so those who are in that House, with the Blood of Christ applied on their souls, have eternal life; and the divine judgment that falls upon the human race, death that falls upon the human race, spiritual death, which has been haunting the human race, can’t kill those sons and daughters of God; they have eternal life. They have passed from death to life when they have believed in Christ as their Savior and have washed away their sins in the Blood of Christ, and have received the Spirit of Jesus Christ, which is the Life of the Blood of Christ, which has returned to the believer in Christ who has washed away his sins in the Blood of Jesus Christ. And now, therefore, we have received eternal life; and the spiritual death, which has been haunting the human race, can’t kill these elect of God who have received Christ as their Savior. And we are all where? Within the House of God, the Church of Jesus Christ, which has the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ; and we all are eating the flesh of Christ, with His Blood applied both in our souls, in our hearts, as well as the Church as Mystical Body of Christ has the Blood of 6 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO Christ applied in her; and therefore there is eternal life within the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, where the sons and daughters of God, the firstborn of God, the elect of God are born. And now, notice how for the end time also, in addition to spiritual death, also physical death will be loose; and there will be a way to escape from the divine judgment that will come upon Earth; and this will be by receiving the transformation of our bodies, which Christ will produce in this Last Day, in the Age of the Cornerstone and Dispensation of the Kingdom; and thus we will be filled with the fullness of Christ, with a theophanic body and a physical and eternal body, in which we will live for all eternity. Now, we have reached the time when, just as from age to age these souls of God that have been living in mortal bodies with spirits of the world have awakened, also…; we find that the call of God to awaken in each age came through the manifestation of Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit through the messenger of each age; and for each stage of the gentile Church, during these seven stages, there was a spiritual awakening through the manifestation of Jesus Christ in Holy Spirit in the angel messenger of each age. And the elect of God, written in Heaven, in the Lamb’s Book of Life, woke up in every age and entered the Mystical Body of Jesus Christ, and thus woke up to eternal life; for they received eternal life, they passed from death to life, as Christ said in John, chapter 5, verse 24, where He says: “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed THE AWAKENING OF GOD’S ELECT 7 from death unto life.” Now see how from age to age the Voice of Christ has been speaking to these people whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, who are called by God as God’s elect or God’s firstborn. Christ in each age was manifested in Holy Spirit in the messenger of each age, and thus the Voice of Christ was heard through each messenger; the Trumpet relevant to each age was heard, for the gathering of God’s elect of each age. Just as the Hebrew people were called through the trumpets, so would the elect of each age through the Voice of Christ, which is the Trumpet that sounds in each age, the elect of God are called and gathered in each age; and for the Last Day they are called and gathered to hear the Great Voice of Trumpet or Last Trumpet, in the Age of the Cornerstone, where a new dispensation is opened, the Dispensation of the Kingdom. This Voice that calls and gathers the elect of God in the Last Day, according to the words of Christ in Matthew 24, verse 31, is the Great Voice of Trumpet. It says: “And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect…” That is the divine promise for the elect in the end time or Last Day, at harvest time, where the last elect of God are gathered in this great harvest of sons and daughters of God. And now, in Revelation, chapter 1, verses 10 to 11, for the Lord’s Day, which is the Last Day or seventh millennium, we have the promise that the Voice of Christ will be speaking, and it will be a Great Voice of Trumpet or as a Great Voice of Trumpet in the Last Day. It says: 8 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO “I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Saying, I am Alpha and Omega…” Here we have the I Am; and the I Am is the Alpha and is the Omega.

When I first decided to record my classes, it wasn’t for the purposes of giving the world an adventure book, but a FREE series of text books for everyone including my students, so that they could use the recorded material to run their own development classes. So when I first started releasing the blogs of my books onto the web, every 3 months, I knew that the release frequency might change, because the primary reason for when I would release them to the world was contingent of the acceptance and use in development classes. Because of the controversial content of volumes 3, 4, 5 and 6, I asked my Guides if they wanted me to delay releasing these volumes.     1 THE COLLECTED POEMS OF HENRIK IBSEN Translated by John Northam 2 PREFACE With the exception of a relatively small number of pieces, Ibsen’s copious output as a poet has been little regarded, even in Norway. The English-reading public has been denied access to the whole corpus. That is regrettable, because in it can be traced interesting developments, in style, material and ideas related to the later prose works, and there are several poems, witty, moving, thought provoking, that are attractive in their own right. The earliest poems, written in Grimstad, where Ibsen worked as an assistant to the local apothecary, are what one would expect of a novice. Resignation, Doubt and Hope, Moonlight Voyage on the Sea are, as their titles suggest, exercises in the conventional, introverted melancholy of the unrecognised young poet. Moonlight Mood, To the Star express a yearning for the typically ethereal, unattainable beloved. In The Giant Oak and To Hungary Ibsen exhorts Norway and Hungary to resist the actual and immediate threat of Prussian aggression, but does so in the entirely conventional imagery of the heroic Viking past. From early on, however, signs begin to appear of a more personal and immediate engagement with real life. There is, for instance, a telling juxtaposition of two poems, each of them inspired by a female visitation. It is Over is undeviatingly an exercise in romantic glamour: the poet, wandering by moonlight mid the ruins of a great palace, is visited by the wraith of the noble lady once its occupant; whereupon the ruins are restored to their old splendour.

In the summer of 2011 they traveled to Denver, CO and felt God’s calling toward this city. Soon, Jordan met with the leadership of the Calvary Family of Churches. This group shared his love for Christ, the church, and the Denver-metro area. Jordan, Jessica, and their family moved to Denver in January of 2014 and began an internship with Calvary Church Littleton and Calvary Church Englewood. During this same period of time, the Lord was also preparing the hearts of Caleb and Casey Van Roekel for future ministry. Caleb was a student at Denver Seminary and members of Calvary Church Englewood. Through much prayer and seeking the Lord, Caleb and Casey joined with the Branches to help lead and Plant this church. After much prayer, it was decided to plant the church in the city of Lakewood! In addition to formal seminary training Jordan (Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary) and Caleb (Denver Seminary) also completed pastoral and church planting internships through the Calvary Family of Churches. In preparation to plant the church, they began building a team of individuals and families who would serve as the core team of Calvary Church Lakewood.

    A Personal Experience of Kundalini By Sarah Sourial This talk is my personal account of a brief psychotic episode that seems to fit with the classical description of a Kundalini spiritual awakening. After a long career as a psychiatric nurse, I felt there was something different about my own experience compared to most regressive psychotic states I have witnessed in others, and instead of leaving me ill and damaged I feel transformed. As a result of this episode, the changes in me include a strong faith in God and an expanded consciousness that allows me to contact other dimensions previously unavailable to me. On reflection I would now say that it has improved my life beyond all recognition. I am using Roberto Assagioli's (1993) four critical stages of spiritual transformation to structure the talk. 1. Crisis preceding the spiritual awakening Assagioli said that in this stage there is often an existential crisis where the person begins to ask about the meaning of life and I would say this was the case for me. Despite experiencing an outwardly successful life in material terms, I was desperately unhappy inside and I sensed I was not living life in a way that was right for me. During this mid-life crisis, I first left my unhappy marriage and later my demanding and stressful job in nurse education management. Now that my life was not so exacting or busy, I found that some of my unresolved emotional issues were able to surface and be addressed. One major issue was an unresolved grief reaction I experienced when my 27 year old partner died in a plane crash, when I was 25 years old.

More than a decade before “The Secret Doctrine”, she had said in “Isis Unveiled”: “… If (…) the ‘soul’, as a half animal principle, becomes paralyzed, and grows unconscious of its subjective half - the Lord - and in proportion to the sensuous development of the brain and nerves, sooner or later, it finally loses sight of its divine mission on earth. Like the Vourdalak, or Vampire, of the Servian tale, the brain feeds and lives and grows in strength and power at the expense of its spiritual parent. Then the already half-unconscious soul, now fully intoxicated by the fumes of earthly life, becomes senseless, beyond hope of redemption.” HPB then adds, speaking of the soul: “It is powerless to discern the splendor of its higher spirit, to hear the warning voice of its ‘guardian Angel’, and its ‘God’.
