Slide 8 StrategiesStrategies forfor RecruitmentRecruitment Start with Cultural Office since most placement is conducted through this office and all programs must be approved by this office Be flexible with application deadlines keeping in mind the differences in academic calendars and dates scholarships are awarded by Kuwait Bear in mind that admissions tests do not always reflect a student’s intelligence or capability. Many are cultural biased and students are not accustomed to these tests Participate in fairs/visits to Kuwait. Include visits to private high schools and tap the expatriate community living in Kuwait Look to your Kuwaiti Alumni to promote your institution Be sure your campuses are welcoming of our students and offer support that will help integrate into the academic, campus and community life Slide 9 PrivatePrivate HighHigh SchoolsSchools inin KuwaitKuwait The American School of Kuwait The Universal American School P.O.
