I have been working as a Child & Youth Program Assistant for the pre- kindergarten age group since November 2016. Employee Describe your typical day on the job. I primarily work with three to five year old children. Each day is a mix of working through lesson plans, regular routines and keeping each Spotlight child engaged to have a great experience every day. Since joining FSS, what has been your most rewarding experience? Every day is rewarding to me, knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of children by helping them to develop and meet milestones. It is especially great when parents thank me for assisting their child and their overall development.
