Faculty Orientation Programme 2014 Faculty Induction Programme for newly joined Faculty members of our college was conducted on 22.02.2014. Twenty two newly joined Faculty members attended the programme. Dr.B.Chidamabara Rajan, the Principal, inaugurated the programme and gave an overall view about the Faculty Induction Programme. Dr.M.Murugan,Vice Principal spoke on the “Job Responsibilities of the Engineering College Teachers”. He stressed the importance of teacher's role as Academic, Research and Administrative works. Dr.H.Krishnan, Professor & Head, Dept. of Physics delivered a lecture on the “Best Practices in Engineering College” and also explained the official procedures followed for various activities in the college. Dr.M.Anbuchezhiyan, ISO-MR & Asst. Professor (Sel.G), Dept. of Physics elaborated the “ISO Processes” of ISO 9001:2008 followed in our college. Prof. N.
