Key words: Black Sea coast, tourism and recreation complex, tourism, current trends. I. INTRODUCTION Black Sea coast has a number of natural features that define the high tourism and recreation potential of the territory. The unique combination of different resources defines the high tourism and recreation potential of the territory and creates conditions for the development of various forms of tourist activity. In view of the existing tourism industry (accommodation facilities, entertainment companies, etc.) and infrastructure we can talk about conditions for the development of almost all types of tourism: − cultural, educational and historical − health and resort − children − ecological − business − ethnographic − religious − agritourism (rural) − gastronomic and wine − active forms of tourism (diving, kitesurfing, hang-gliding, biking, caving, jeeping, rafting, horse riding, skiing and snowboarding, mountain climbing). II. TOURISM DEVELOPMENT FACTORS In general, current trends in the development of tourism on the Black Sea coast are determined by several factors: 1. The presence of significant historical and cultural potential and the unique culture of the local communities. According to archaeological evidence, the Caucasus is really to be considered one of the main points related to the "Cradle places of human civilization" (a series of sites of ancient human settlements in the Caucasus extends back over 300-350 thousand years).

ABSTRACT An intensive farming triggers mineralization of humus, which leads to a deterioration in the agrochemical, physicochemical, biological, and other properties of the soil. In this regard, the means for the biologization of agriculture should be given much more attention as a powerful means of increasing the fertility of the soil and the economic efficiency of agricultural production. The presented data testify to the positive influence of green manure crops as an element of biologization on the productivity of agricultural crops and the indices of soil fertility. In general, the most economically feasible for the crops studied is the variant of mustard embedding with the Sun Flower unit, which profitability level averaged 77.5%. While the least cost-effective was the option with the use of unembedded buckwheat - only 39.5%. Article 14 Universal Declaration of Human Rights I. Who is a refugee? According to Article 1 of the Federal Law “On Refugees”, a refugee is: “a person who, owing to well‑founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of particular social group or politi‑ cal opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country”. If you consider yourself a refugee, you should apply for Refugee Status in the Russian Federation and obtain protection from the state. If you consider that you may not meet the refugee definition or you have already been rejected for refugee status, but, nevertheless you can not re‑ turn to your country of origin for humanitarian reasons, you have the right to submit an application for Temporary Asylum status, in accordance to the Article 12 of the Federal Law “On refugees”. Humanitarian reasons may con‑ stitute the following: being subjected to tortures, arbitrary deprivation of life and freedom, and access to emergency medical assistance in case of danger‑ ous disease / illness.
