Existing Conditions Sketch Map; Richland County Subdivision Regulations Supplements, revised: 01/02/18 3 | Page The sketch may be a freehand sketch drawn directly on a print of a topographic map of the area proposed for division at a scale of 1 inch to 400 feet or larger that is adequate to show the property and must include the following: location; existing structures and improvements; approximate tract and lot boundaries of existing utility lines and facilities serving existing tracts of record; the area to be subdivided description of general terrain; existing easements and rights of way; natural features on the land, including water bodies, floodplains geologic hazards, and soil types; 2. Proposed Improvements Sketch Map; The sketch may be a freehand sketch drawn directly on a print of a topographic map of the area proposed for division at a scale of 1 inch to 400 feet or larger that is adequate to show the property and must include the following: tract and proposed lot boundaries; easements and rights of way; proposed public and private improvements; parks and open space and proposed location of utility lines and facilities; conservation easements; 3. Documentation on the current status of the site, including: ownership information, such as a deed, existing zoning or development regulation option to buy or buy-sell agreement, standards; including permission to subdivide; existing conservation easements; and water rights, including location of existing covenants or deed restrictions. Richland County Subdivision Regulations Supplements, revised: 01/02/18 6 | Page SUPPLEMENT 2(b): LIST OF POTENTIAL AGENCY CONTACTS This serves as written notice to the Applicant that the Subdivision Administrator meets the requirements of Section 76-3-504(1)(q)(iii), MCA “requires a list to be available to the subdivider of the public utilities, those agencies of local, state, and federal government, and any other entities that may be contacted for comment on the subdivision application and the timeframe that the public utilities, agencies, and other entities are given to respond”.
