They fit most standard toilets and can be installed onto a specific over toilet frame. Available in electric and non- electric. The electric models provide adjustable temperature, pressure and range for the cleansing spray jet, adjustable warm air drying and seat temperature. An elongated seat (for larger users) is available for on some models. Toilet raiser and support arm options are available to attach to bidet. General Details Caution Do not climb on the seat cover or body Do not lean against the seat cover. Do not insert a steel wire or sharp items into any part of the unit as it may cause electrical hazards or damage. Do not place a stove or heater close to the product as it may distort or catch fire. Do not expose the product directly to the sun as the plastic could become discoloured. The water pressure level should be set at 1 to protect the anal region. To protect against low temperature burns, the temperature setting of the toilets, water and air dryer should be set to Low or Off. Method of Use POWER: Plug the cord into the wall outlet. Press the Power button on the side control panel. CLEANING CYCLES: Rear Cleansing (anal hygiene): Press the "Rear Cleansing" button while sitting on the seat. Duration of wash cycle is pre set at 60 seconds. You can adjust nozzle position, spray ranges, water temperature and pressure and move function. Front Cleansing (feminine hygiene): Press the "Front Cleansing" button while sitting on the seat. Duration of wash cycle is pre set at 60 seconds. You can adjust nozzle position, water temperature, pressure and move function. DRYING: Press the "Air Dryer" button and warm air blows out for 2 minutes. The temperature is able to be adjusted using the up and down arrows. Cleaning Requirements Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior parts with a soft sponge or cloth applying a small amount of neutral detergent. Do not use any detergents containing hydrochloric acid, solvents or benzene. Cleaning of Nozzles: Push "Nozzle Cleaning" button for three seconds or more. Front cleansing nozzle extend forward and stops. Scrub the nozzle with a toothbrush. Once clean push the "nozzle cleaning" button again. The Front nozzle returns and the the rear nozzle extends forwards and stops. Scrub the nozzle with a toothbrush. Once clean, push the "Stop" button and the rear nozzle will return. Hold the nozzle lightly while cleaning as excessive force may damage it. The nozzle returns automatically if no button is pushed for two minutes. Extra product information Please ask supplier for the questionnaire/evaluation form that is required to be completed prior to installation. === The bidet is made of anti-bacterial plastic and has an operating unit, an ergonomic plastic toilet seat and a hydraulic lid. The unit, toilet seat and lid are secured on to the original porcelain toilet bowl, replacing the original toilet seat and lid. The system has a filter for water purification with a life span of 6 months. The unit has a self diagnosis system to assist with detecting faults. Adjustable angle spray jets are located at the rear and front of the toilet bowl. The spray jets automatically retract at the end of use to maintain hygiene. The warm air blow drier is located at the rear of the toilet bowl. The unit has a side control panel with push button controls to activate or adjust the following: Washing spray jets Nozzle position Water pressure Warm air drier Wide spray range Nozzle cleaning Water temperature Seat temperature Nozzle move mode. The nozzle adjustment has five positions and the nozzles are self cleaning. The water pressure and air dryer temperature have three levels. You can adjust spray ranges for 3 different levels. Seat temperature has low (34 degrees C), moderate (37 degrees C), high (40 degrees C)and off levels. Water temperature has low (32 degrees C), moderate (36 degrees C), high (38 degrees C) and off levels. An automatic power saving mode is available . If the seat sensor is not activated within a minute, water and seat temperature change to Low and after 30 minutes water, seat heater and LED lamps are turned off. Arm supports and seat raisers: Throne toilet seat spacers (50mm and 80mm), Throne 3-in-1 toilet support arms and Throne bariatric toilet rails can be used with the bidets. Note - the Coway bidets raise the seat height by 50mm when installed. This bidet is able to be self installed. A power point is needed within 2.5m of the bidet. 1. Remove the existing toilet seat and seat lid 2. Install the T valve: Turn off the water supply valve, separate the toilet cistern hose from the water main pipe, then fix the T shape connector to existing water main pipe. Connect both the toilet cistern hose and bidet hose to the T shape connector. 3. Connect the Filter: Open the filter cap on the upper left of the body, put it inside the groove and turn it clockwise. 4. Placing the fixing plate: Push and fit the rear part of the main body of the bidet into the fixing plate and tighten the bolts. 5. Install the body: Place fixing plate, push fixing bolts into the fixing plate, and tighten the nuts until the fixing plate doesn't move. 6. Instrument: three instruments.1-Interviewing questionnaires. 2-questionnaire about complain and symptoms of hemorrhoids.3- Assessment sheet about life - style habits. Result revealed that study group’s participants have experienced fewer haemorrhoidal symptoms than the control group’s participants and there were correlation between socio-demographic data, obstetric history and degree of haemorrhoidal symptoms severity. Conclusion: Based on of the current findings, both study hypotheses are accepted. Hypothesis I: Study group participants had experienced significant fewer haemorrhoidal symptoms than the control group’s participants .Hypothesis II: there was correlation between socio-demographic data, obstetric history and degree of haemorrhoidal symptoms severity.

We calculated the standardized prescription ratio (SPR) based on the 2nd NDB Open Data Japan from 2015. The correlation coefficients between the SPR of antihemorrhoidals and those of “antispasmodics,” “antiarrhythmic agents,” “antidiarrheals, intestinal regulators,” “purgatives and clysters,” “hypnotics and sedatives, antianxietics,” “psychotropic agents,” and “opium alkaloids prepara- tions” were 0.7474, 0.7366, 0.7184, 0.6501, 0.6320, 0.4571, and 0.4542, respectively.
