In this Journal review, members of ICAO’s Economic Policy and Infrastructure Management Section, as well as State and industry participants, discuss the challenges and successes that formed the highlights of the recent Conference on the Economics of Airports and Air Navigation Services (CEANS), held in Montreal in September 2008.
