Rose from Newburg, Maryland, United States Bill Henderson's book is a life saver (literally) for anyone with cancer or with a close loved one who is struggling to survive. Henderson's summary puts everything together that a diligent web-surfer would be able to find, on the subject of cancer survival. He limits his advice to the stuff you won't get from your doctor but you could get for yourself. This is what makes it so useful. He tells you where to buy stuff, and what to expect from using it. The hope alone makes this book worth 100 times its price! This book helped save my Mother’s life, July 9, 2003 Reviewer: Peter Mita from Melbourne, Australia With a whole world of information out there on the Internet about cancer it can leave you confused and feel like you are running around in a maze not knowing where to turn or what to believe. This book helped me get informed and ready to help my mother in just a few hours. I found Bill Henderson's book to be an excellent overview of numerous natural treatments for cancer. He is not selling any product or promoting a single treatment method. Instead I found the book to be an extremely well written, intelligent, concise and to the point overview of many excellent natural cancer treatments. Also included are treatments that will help people already on chemotherapy. The book allows you to track down more information about your favorite treatment by providing website addresses and suggests where you can get natural products at the cheapest prices (in the USA). It really helps the reader to be fully informed about ALL their options other than just surgery, radiation or chemotherapy. The testimonials were very convincing and helped me to have the confidence to help my mother who was near death (suffering from advanced metastatic breast cancer that has spread to the liver, lungs, ovaries and bones) to keep taking dried barley greens. Within 2 days her C a n c e r-F r e e – Y o u r G u i d e t o G e n t l e , N o n-t o x i c H e a li n g 2 C a n c e r-F r e e strong pain levels had improved. After 9 days she was COMPLETELY off all pain and nausea medication and in NO PAIN whatsoever. I am so thankful I read this book and became more informed about the many, well known, tried and proven natural treatments out there. Thank you Bill Henderson. Her name is Christine Mazyrack. She is now 15 years old. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in April, 1999 (was 12 years old at time of diagnosis). She underwent chemotherapy. The cancer came back to her lungs 2 years later. This is about the time that I learned about you and your book. I got her on the MGN-3 right away. She has now been cancer free for almost 2 years. Based on your advice we started using Dr. Budwig's diet fo/cc + red raspberries, MGN-3, co-Q10, Wobenzyme. She had 4 treatments with chemo all the time complementing it with the above regimen. Today I'm happy to report that we did a full body PET/CT scan the results came back: A complete resolution in the left breast, no lymphatic involvement, an 80% reduction in the manubrium uptake. Quite dramatic to the amazement of my oncologist who told me he did recommend this regimen to other patients, even some of his family members. The survival rate for this type of cancer is very poor. You were an answer to a prayer. He started on MGN-3 right away and shared your book with his oncologist. His cancer went into remission within a couple of months and he is cancer free now. Thank you. I share the information about your research. My own father died two years ago on January 16, 2001 of esophageal cancer that metastasized to his lungs. From the time his cancer was diagnosed until he died was less than two months.

L. No. 105-172; April 24, 1998). Specifically, this act amended 18 U.S.C. § 1029 (Fraud and related activity in connection with access devices) with regard to the cloning of cellular telephones. The report details the background, analysis, findings and policy options identified by the team. Wireless Telephone Protection Act Because of increasing financial losses to the telecommunications industry and the growing use of cloned phones in connection with other criminal activity, Congress passed the Wireless Telephone Protection Act (WTPA) in April 1998. The legislative history indicates that, in amending 18 U.S.C. § 1029, Congress was attempting to address two primary concerns presented by law enforcement and the wireless telecommunications industry.1 First, law enforcement officials testified at congressional hearings that they were having difficulty proving the “intent to defraud” element of the pre-amendment provision regarding some equipment used to clone phones.2 Although there is no legitimate reason to possess the equipment unless an individual is employed in the telecommunications industry, the prosecution often could not prove that the equipment was possessed with the intent to defraud. Second, law enforcement officials often discovered cloning equipment and cloned cellular telephones in the course of investigating other criminal activities, such as drug trafficking and other fraud.

Calling is probably the most effective way to contact her, because you can get immediate feedback on what tapes are available. In order to insure that borrowers are authorized through their law enforcement agency to borrow videos, please submit the initial lending request on agency letterhead (not a fax cover sheet or internal memo form). Also provide the name of the department’s training officer. If a requested tape is in the library at the time of the request, it will be sent to the borrower’s agency immediately. If the tape is not in, the borrower's name will be put on the tape's waiting list, and it will be sent as soon as possible. Medicare Fraud Prevention Micki Nozaki, Director, California Health Advocates, Senior Medicare Patrol California Health Advocates Founded in 1997, California Health Advocates (CHA) is the leading Medicare advocacy and education non-profit in California. We advocate on behalf of Medicare beneficiaries and their families; conduct public policy research to support improved rights and protections for Medicare beneficiaries; and provide accurate and up-to-date Medicare information for both Medicare beneficiaries and their families as well as the advocates and providers who serve them. Senior Medicare Patrol The California Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) is a project under CHA. We empower and assist Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers to prevent, detect, and report healthcare fraud, errors and abuse through: (1) Education: SMPs give presentations to groups, exhibit at events and work one-on-one with Medicare beneficiaries; (2) Counseling: SMPs work to protect older adults’ health, finances and medical identity while saving precious Medicare dollars; and (3) Assisting Medicare beneficiaries, caregivers and family members when they bring their concerns or complaints to the SMP. We determine whether fraud, errors, or abuse are suspected. When fraud or abuse is assumed, we make referrals to the appropriate state and federal agencies for further investigation. There are 54 Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) programs throughout the country. SMPs are grant-funded projects of the federal U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living. Key Lessons 1.
