I felt like for a couple of hours, I got to spend time with someone that I've never met, and that was really nice. It felt like Simone took you on her journey with you as she went from a little child searching for stability and unconditional love to Gymnastics Stardom, with a lot of in-between: bouncy childhood, discovery of the world of the gym, "bratty" teenage years, the forming lifelong friendships, the making of many weighty decisions, and learning intense life lessons throughout it all.
