As I am aggrieved by the reply forwarded by CPIO was unsatisfactory • to me. So, I have filed my first Appeal under Section 7(1) or section 7 (3) (a) of the RTI Act - 2005. So I have filed my first Appeal under Section 19(1) of the RTI Act- 2005, as a citizen who either has not recovered reply from PIa. I hereby filed the appeal for your kind decision.
