Johnstone McGee & Gandy Incorporating Dale P. Luck & Associates About Us JMG is a professional Engineering, Town Planning and Environmental Management consultancy practice. We have practised continuously since 1960 providing urban planning, environmental management, engineering design and project delivery services to clients in all market sectors involving land development and the built environment. We also have a specialist team to provide ongoing technical and contract management services in the areas of building compliance, building maintenance and performance optimisation of building engineering systems to minimise both costs and environmental footprint. We currently have a permanent full time staffing level of 60 people including specialists in the disciplines of urban planning, structural, civil, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire services, maintenance management, building performance and environmental science. Our offices are in Hobart (40 persons) and Launceston (20 persons), the latter expanded by the incorporation of Dale P. Luck and Associates (consulting engineers) into the practice and the addition of Environmental Management. JMG’s mission is to deliver first class outcomes for our clients every time. Our staff profile is a carefully crafted blend of highly qualified professionals, combined with a mix of trade-based practical technicians. Combine this with our policy of continuous improvement, innovation and ongoing professional training, and in this way we stand fully equipped to deliver the most innovative yet proven, practical and cost effective outcomes possible.
