15 April 2013 Dear Stakeholders, Invitation to comment on RSPO certification assessment of TDM Plantation – Sungai Tong Palm Oil Mill and Supply base. TDM Plantation owns oil palm operation in Terengganu with two palm oil mills located in Terengganu, Malaysia. TDM Plantation is now implementing a program to achieve RSPO Certification for the two palm oil mills. TDM Plantation is a RSPO member and has applied to BSI Group for RSPO certification of its Sungai Tong Palm Oil Mill operation at Kuala Terengganu District, Terengganu. The assessment will be conducted against the Malaysia National Interpretation (MYNI 2010) of the RSPO Principle and Criteria for Sustainable Palm Oil Production and Supply Chain Standard for CPO Mills Nov 2011. The assessment will cover legal, environment, economical, safety and social aspects as required by RSPO P&C. BSI plans to carry out the certification assessment of Sungai Tong Palm Oil Mill operations commencing 20-23rd May 2013.
