Management 2 The project in a nutshell (page 2) of this protected area is today the primary focus of the Ministry of Environment, in a challenging time for achieving 3 Key project facts (page 2) tangible results with regards to biodiversity. It requires a process of responsible use of biodiversity hotspots and the protection of species and habitats. Implementation of 4 Project meetings (page 3) this transboundary project will contribute greately to the integrated management of natural and cultural heritage of the region, which is highly important for nature conservation and biodiversity. 5 Interview with the Mayor of Pogradec (page 4) Lake Ohrid Region is a mixed property and protected area included in the cross- border Biosphere Reserve of Albania and Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. This project aims at addressing possible threats to the natural and cultural heritage 6 News related to the Lake of the region. ISSN2039Ͳ2117MediterraneanJournalofSocialSciencesVol.3(7)April2012 Impact of "Normale" Educational Centre A Significant Factor in the Development of Education in Albania Dr. Jani Sota Faculty of Education University "Aleksander Moisiu", Durres Abstract: The history of education has valued preciously all people involved in it and has flourished into an educational function, teaching and learning of our thorough knowledge in its institutions - such as "Normale" Educational center that played an historic role in the Albanian language. Albanian normal schools have a record of long, difficult, but also glorious path. They were the main homes for generations of teachers and also the place where it was necessary to prepare the framework for education and awareness of the nation. Albanian teachers, in different periods of history had run the greatest risk of extinction of national culture and education. They planted the sound seeds by which had brought the essence of national awareness, which in a century struggle of unparalleled trials tried to revive education, science, culture and Albania. In the history of Albania teachers and veterans of teaching, wherever they worked and acted, played the leading role, contributed as they could with their valuable works, which undoubtedly served to their students, future teachers, in raising subsequently the national level of conscience for their learning and teaching. Key words: Normal school, education, culture, teacher-students, pedagogic thinking, Albanian territory. Introduction Albanian Normal School has a record of long, difficult, but glorious path. Its purpose was to prepare the necessary framework for education and awareness of the nation. Albanian teachers, in different periods of heavy and full of vicissitudes, did valuable work in the moments and the most crucial turning points and run the greatest risks of extinction of our national culture and education. -

Laureta Misiri [email protected] Abstract The process of formation of socialist realism in literary creativity goes hand in hand with the crystallization of social awareness "down", within the psychology of the masses and "up", with the strengthening ideological party institutes of state. Endless discourses among the circles of artists on this plane, so competent is the new artistic unity as "the soc-realistic method" that obtained the status of state doctrine. In 1936 the Soviet government undertook measures to implement the undisputed total soc-realistic method all the arts in the USSR. Socialist realism becomes the dominant term in the science of Soviet literature and art sciences from the thirties to mark "basic approach" which "requires the artist to introduce the concrete historical truth of reality in its revolutionary development", so the literature had to be created with the task of educating the workers in the spirit of socialism. The notion aesthetic "realism" was related to defining "socialist", brought the practice of literature and arts submission to ideology. Demands of using the socialist realism techniques in fact became an obstacle, an anxiety to halt creativity that for years was avoid against the spiritual life of the people, so the writers created in the majority mediokre works of conformist who became propaganda trumpets. In the late ‘80s realism becomes literary and historical term, but in the embryonic stage of many characteristics, the soc-realism literature is determined as "heroic realism", "monumental", "social", "biased" and as if the category of “folk" is the basic principle of a work of art where the mythical watches in the mirror its other part of the medal. -

Albanian Literary Circle In Italy by Leka Ndoja Abstract Italy's Literary Circle with its creation after the political emigration wave (1945-1990), in the context of Italian - Arbëresh Colony, as a paradigm of the Albanian Literary System during national Revival, was involved in an aggregate of literary and cultural activities. The Literary Circle of Albanian Diaspora in Italy, marked in production, volume, and norm and determined by university institutions of Palermo - Rome - Naples - Bari. Those universities rendered possible the appropriate climate to set up a national literary sub-system model with all systemic components: production, publications and system-creative magazines as Shêjzat [The Pleiades] (august 1957 - 1978), Koha e Jonë [Our Time] (1962-1992); systemic-center authors as: Father Georg Fishta O.F.M.-Ernest Koliqi and Martin Camaj. But, Ernest Koliqi was as the director of the Albanian Studies Institute at Rome University, the master-key of an increasing in the volume of the intercultural activities, as regards the institutional critique, various national celebrations of emigrants, and international symposiums such as the 20th anniversary of the death of Father George Fishta O.F.M.; or the celebrations on the 500th anniversary of the death of Scanderbeg, in Palermo and Rome (1968). But the main merit of Koliqi was to restore a new Albanian Literary Center in the West and the foundation in Rome of Shêjzat literary magazine. The Albanian Rome Literary Circle was the counterpart of the National Center of Tirana and sometimes even an antagonist. Various outstanding achievements in the visual arts were celebrated by the painter Ibrahim Kodra with about 20 international awards, as well as the iconographic painter Lin Delia who took part in some audiences with the Pope Pole VI etc.. -
