Safe - Productive - Efficient Safe - Productive - Efficient Yellow Jacket Orbital Stretch Wrapper Yellow Jacket is a patented, semi-automatic orbital stretch $ wrapping machine. With this unique device the operator drives 29,950 pallet loads into it by forklift truck. It requires only one operator and they do not need to leave the forklift. The product is wrapped when the variable speed ring rotates around product pallet. The stretch wrap goes over the product and under the pallet tightly securing the load to the pallet. The stretch wrap film is applied automatically & cut at the end of the cycle. Film overlap is controlled by the wrapping unit’s variable speed forwards & backward movements. Users can achieve significant ROI savings through productivity gains, reduced injuries, enhanced dock utilisation and integration with existing conveyors.
