Our August Bag Heroes are Beto and Gracie Hernandez and their children, Mia and Joaquin. They made the shift a couple years ago to using reusable shopping bags as an alternative to single use plastics. Gracie shared with us that, “Our family made the shift because we feel it is important to teach our children (and ourselves) the positive impact a small change like this can have on our environment.
