These items may have been out of the box and put back in. This is an open box auction. 1. DEPOSIT R5 000,00 (Five Thousand Rand) refundable deposit and Identity Document upon registration by CREDIT CARD (Master / Visa Only) OR EFT. No gift cards will be accepted. Cash payments are to be paid directly into Aucor’s bank account. Buyers must present printed proof of payments made by EFT, internet banking payment or any other form of electronic payment including cash deposits. Payments must reflect in Aucor’s bank account. Buyers being financed must produce an irrevocable letter of credit prior to bidding. NO CASH will be accepted on site. Balance of payment is strictly by EFT only. However, all bids exclude VAT, which will be added to the buyer’s invoice. The buyer pays the VAT. 3. PAYMENT All purchases are to be paid in full by 15:00 on Thursday, 18 February 2021, strictly by EFT only. No credit/debit card payments will be accepted for auction purchases. No gift cards will be accepted for auction purchases. (NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SITE). If a sale is cancelled after the lot has been knocked down, the registration deposit fee will be forfeited & the buyer will be held liable for the balance of the full purchase price. Aucor cannot be held liable for any buyer’s card lost or misplaced. It is your responsibility to keep your buyer’s card safe. 5. DISPATCHING Due to security constraints, there will be no dispatching of goods during the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. All purchases are to be removed at the buyer’s risk not later than 15:00 on Thursday, 18 February 2021. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE GOODS TURNOVER VOLUME WE NEED TO SPEED UP DISPATCHING.
