WHAT’S BEEN THE BIG DRIVER IN THIS RAMPANT POPULARITY?
Seamless native integration of Teams with nearly-ubiquitous Office365 platforms (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), for starters.
It’s also been easy for those who enjoyed a free trial or limited license of Teams as part of their larger Microsoft subscription to become a paid user as lockdowns continued.
THE RESULT? Teams is nearly ubiquitous in the enterprise today, making optimal Teams performance a must for all users.
And while Microsoft also guarantees 99.9% uptime on Teams as part of their Service Level Agreement, anyone who has ever leveraged Teams (or any other video conferencing solution) can probably attest that uptime does not necessarily equal optimal performance.
