A Few Words on Our Wine List- The wines that we choose to pour are made by producers that make what we feel are authentic, honest and real wines. Folks with whom we share ideals, values and ideas and whom we actually want to drink with. This is very important to us. Similar in how we approach our cuisine these wines are made guided by nature and a gentle hand. Sensitivity is key. Often the wines that we pour are “unconventional” as they are made with regard to the weather, terroir, and circumstance of the producer. Its more about expressing Time & Place rather than creating a product for mass consumption. Thus, they work well with our food in spirit and in practice. You will also notice that we do, of course, have some selections from a few local producers. These are people who we feel are the absolute best at what they do in our area and we are very excited to share them with you. If you need any help navigating the wine list, please ask our very knowledgeable staff and we will be delighted in helping you find something tasty to drink. “Just DRINK it!”- Fabrizio Iuli Pg. 1 Page 3-7// Large Format Bottles Page 8-10///Beers, Ciders/Apple Wines, Co-Ferments Page 11-25 ////White/Orange/Pink Wines Page 26-38// Red Wines Page 39// Vin Jaune, Vermouth, Sweet, Sherry and Other Oxidative Styles All of our wines are stored and served at cellar temperature. If you would like something a little more chilled, we are absolutely pleased to make that happen.
