Delegations inscribing in plenary segments may not inscribe in any of the Leaders Dialogues. All other delegations are invited to indicate two preferred options for the Leaders Dialogues through the e-speakers module in e-deleGATE. Letters from the President of the General Assembly, dated 28 June 2019, 18 July 2019 and 23 July 2019, were sent to all permanent representatives and permanent observers. Delegations wishing to be inscribed on the list of participants are requested to do so through the e-deleGATE portal by 6 September 2019.
