Sixth Committee Seventy-fourth session 7 October 2019 10:00 - 13:00 1st plenary meeting [webcast] Trusteeship Council Chamber The Sixth Committee will consider its proposed organization of work and other organizational matters and begin its substantive work for the session. The lists of speakers for the debate on all agenda items allocated to the Committee are open for inscription. Requests for inscription from permanent missions and observer States should be sent through the e-Speakers module on the e-deleGATE portal. Intergovernmental organizations and entities that have observer status with the General Assembly, as well as the United Nations system, funds and programmes, specialized agencies and regional commissions wishing to inscribe on the lists of speakers should contact the Secretariat of the Committee directly. The names of representatives, alternate representatives and advisers should be registered through the “e-List of participants” module on the e-deleGATE portal. Delegations wishing to circulate their statements electronically through the PaperSmart Portal should send a copy of the statement at least one hour in advance of delivery. PDF format is preferred. The date of the meeting and the agenda item should be indicated in the heading of the statement and in the subject line of the e-mail. The statements will be posted on the PaperSmart portal after delivery. Delegations are kindly reminded to
