Materials in this supplement may be located by using the subject sections or the title index. If a title is not found in this supplement or in the 1969 catalog, please inquire. It is suggested that you consult this supplement before the 1969 catalog. Changes in price or order number are reflected in this supplement and titles with- drawn from the 1969 catalog are listed in the "Withdrawn Titles" section. All prices in this supplement and other NAC publications are subject to change without notice or obligation. Special Rights and Clearances Titles marked "Professionally Interested Groups Only" or "Restricted" have been so designated by the producing agency, and prints will be sold only as indicated. In general, the Government does not have full rights to the audiovisual materials it produces. In most cases, the original contract prohibits commercial use (the repro- duction and resale of prints or use at a showing where admission is charged). Pro- spective purchasers contemplating such use should first ascertain from the National Audiovisual Center (NAC) if it is permissible. Where this Supplement indicates that a title is cleared for television, such clearance is sufficient authorization for puf.-Aic service or educational use on television.
