All trips must be booked, preferably in advance of the day of travel. Pick up times will be given when booking and may vary depending on the bookings made.

We will need your name, address, telephone number, which day you would like to travel, what time and where you wish to be picked up and your destination. We can drop off anywhere on the route e.g. supermarkets, doctors or hairdressers upon request. You can book single or return journeys as well as journeys on different days. You can book on behalf of friends if you usually travel at the same time. You will be given an estimated pick-up time for each journey. We will take bookings up to 7 days in advance. We can also take same days bookings subject to availability. Door to door pickups may be possible, please ask when you phone to book.

If you use the service at the same time and same day each week, we may be able to set up a regular booking so you don’t have to phone and book that journey. If you have a regular booking but you can’t travel one day, please phone us in advance to cancel within 24hrs if possible.

Is there a charge? The service operates free of charge. We do not need to see your concession cards.

Can anyone use the bus? There are restrictions so please call the office to check that you are eligible.

What happens during bad If a normal service cannot operate due to bad weather, or for any other reason, we will try to contact all weather? passengers who have booked to inform them of the situation.
