Cilj projekta: Jačanje MMSPP u odabranim regionima putem šireg povezivanja, uspostavljanja veza između MMSPP u odabranim regionima, kao i novih, većih tržišta, rast prodaje i izvoza, i otvaranje novih radnih mesta. Korisnici: ▪ MMSPP, ▪ udruženja i klasteri, ▪ mladi i žene (potencijalni preduzetnici i početnici u poslovanju). Odabrani sektori: ▪ agroindustrija, ▪ modna industrija (tekstilna i industrija odeće i obuće), i ▪ laka industrija. Aktivnosti na projektu: Komponenta 1 - Analiza sektora i potreba korisnika koju prati nefinansijska i finansijska podrška (treninzi, mentoring, konsalting, tehnička podrška, bespovratna sredstva - grantovi), i Komponenta 2 – Pružanje podrške identifikovanim MMSPP i klasterima u delu internacionalizacije, organizacije “matchmaking” događaja, izlaganja na međunarodnim sajmovima i održavanju treninga na temu izvoza i mogućnosti ulaganja. 4 Private Sector Development Project in South and Southwest Serbia Private Sector Development - PSD Private Sector Development Project in three cities (Vranje, Leskovac and Novi Pazar) and nine municipalities (Preševo, Bujanovac, Medveđa, Raška, Sjenica, Tutin, Priboj, Prijepolje and Nova Varoš) of South and Southwest Serbia was jointly implemented by the Development Agency of Serbia (RAS) and the United States Agency for International Cooperation (USAID). Project objective: “Strengthening SMEs in selected regions by establishing broader links between SMEs”. By establishing links between SMEEs in selected regions, as well as new, bigger markets, the Project will increase sales and exports and create new jobs. Beneficiaries: ▪ SMEs, ▪ associations and clusters, ▪ youth and women (potential entrepreneurs and business start-ups). Selected sectors: ▪ agribusiness, ▪ fashion industry (textile, clothes and footwear), and ▪ light manufacturing industry. Project activities: Component 1 - Analysis of sectors and the needs of beneficiaries, followed by non-financial and financial support (trainings, mentoring, consulting, technical assistance, grants), and Component 2 – Providing support to identified SMEs and clusters in internationalization, organization of matchmaking events, participation in international fairs and organization of trainings on export and investment opportunities. 5 Partneri na projektu: Razvojna agencija Srbije, kao koordinator PSD projekta, na realizaciji aktivnosti je sarađivala sa akreditovanim regionalnim razvojnim agencijama, koje su nadležne za područje gradova i opština gde se Projekat realizuje, i to: RRA „Zlatibor“ iz Užica, RRA „SEDA“ iz Novog Pazara, Centar za razvoj Jablaničkog i Pčinjskog okruga - CRJPO iz Leskovca, i Regionalna agencija za prostorni i ekonomski razvoj Raškog i Moravičkog okruga iz Kraljeva. Projekat se finansira od strane Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, preko Misije Američke agencije za međunarodni razvoj - USAID. Budžet projekta: $4,159,987 Trajanje projekta: jul 2013. godine – mart 2018. godine. Rezultati: ▪ Podržano ukupno 184 MMSPP i osam klastera kroz različite vrste projektne podrške; ▪ Više od 380 korisnika iz kategorije žene i mladi pohađalo trening za početnike u poslovanju od kojih je 71 započeo sopstveni posao; ▪ Tehnička podrška u vrednosti $168.692 pružena za 102 korisnika iz kategorije MMSPP, pri čemu su 82 MMSPP uveli nove međunarodne standarde, a 36 nove tehnologije i/ili upravljačke prakse; ▪ 80 MMSPP iskoristilo mogućnost da izlaže na 16 međunarodnih sajmova u inostranstvu; ▪ Grantovi za nabavku opreme u vrednosti od ukupno $29.284,62 za 6 korisnika iz kategorije klasteri, kao i tehnička podrška u vrednosti od $21.641 za istu kategoriju korisnika; ▪ Bespovratna sredstva za kupovinu opreme u vrednosti od $ 761.000 obezbeđena za 71 korisnika iz kategorije početnika u poslovanju – žene i mladi; ▪ Otvoreno 500 novih radnih mesta, i više od 1.600 sezonskih radnih mesta; ▪ Uvedeno 8 novih poslovnih usluga za MMSPP korisnike u cilju povećanja učešća na međunarodnim sajmovima i privlačenja novih klijenata i ulaganja; ▪ Održano više od 380 obuka za različite kategorije korisnika; ▪ Pruženo više od 1.300 sati konsaltinga; ▪ Pruženo više od 13.000 sati mentoringa; ▪ Organizovana tri B2B susreta (Leskovac 2016. godine, Novi Pazar i Zlatar 2017. godine) sa preko 200 korisnika na svakom. 6 Project partners: Development Agency of Serbia, as the PSD Project coordinator, cooperated in the implementation of activities with accredited regional development agencies, covering the territories of cities and municipalities where the Project is implemented: RDA “Zlatibor” from Užice, RDA “SEDA” from Novi Pazar, Center for the Development of Jablanica and Pčinja Districts - CRJPO from Leskovac and Regional Agency for Spatial and Economic Development of Raška and Moravica Districts from Kraljevo. The Project was funded by the United States, through the Mission of the United States Agency for International Development - USAID. Project budget $4,159,987 Project duration: July 2013 – March 2018. Project activities resulted in: ▪ 184 SMEs and 8 associations/clusters benefited from various forms of project assistance; ▪ More than 380 women and youth received entrepreneurship trainings modules, of whom 71 started their own businesses; ▪ Total of $168,692 worth Technical Assistance provided to 102 SMEs, of whom 82 client SMEs introduced new international standards and 36 SMEs adopted new technology and/or management practice; ▪ Around 80 small and medium sized enterprises traveled to and exhibited at 16 international fairs; ▪ Total of $29,284.62 worth grants for new equipment provided to 6 beneficiaries from the category clusters, while total of $21,641 worth Technical Assistance provided to the same category of beneficiaries; ▪ 71 youth and women-owned small and medium sized enterprises received grants for the purchase of equipment totaling more than $ 761,000 USD; ▪ Creation of 500 new permanent jobs, and more than 1,600 seasonal jobs; ▪ 8 new business services were introduced for client SMEs that help them maximize their participation in and use of international trade fairs to attract new clients and foreign investment; ▪ More than 380 various trainings provided for beneficiaries from all categories; ▪ Provided more than 1,300 hours of consulting; ▪ Provided more than 13,000 hours of mentoring; ▪ 3 B2B events organized (Leskovac in 2016, Novi Pazar and Zlatar in 2017) with more than 200 beneficiaries per each. 7 Razvojna agencija Srbije (RAS) Razvojna agencija Srbije (RAS) je agencija Vlade Republike Srbije, osnovana 11. januara, 2016. godine, na osnovu Zakona o ulaganjima. Osnovna delatnost RAS je podrška mikro, malim i srednjim preduzećima i preduzetnicima u cilju osnaživanja privrede Srbije, podrška direktnim ulaganjima i promociji izvoza, podizanje ugleda Srbije i regionalni razvoj. Kako bi se svi delovi Srbije razvijali ravnomerno, RAS u svojoj mreži ima 16 regionalnih razvojnih agencija (RRA) i sa njima intezivno sarađuje pri realizaciji programa. U okviru svog delovanja RAS blisko sarađuje kako sa domaćim, tako i sa međunarodnim institucijama i organizacijama i implementira najbolje primere iz prakse. Misija RAS je osnaživanje i informisanje privrednika o apliciranju za programe podrške, saradnja sa državnim institucijama u kreiranju ekonomske politike, saradnja sa udruženjima privrednika u cilju poboljšanja privrednog ambijenta. Takođe, RAS pomaže lokalnim samoupravama pri podizanju kapaciteta usmerenih ka ekonomskom razvoju, kako bi kvalitetnije i efikasnije pružili potrebnu podršku preduzetnicima, ali i aplicirali za sredstva evropskih i drugih fondova u cilju regionalnog i lokalnog razvoja. Dugoročni cilj aktivnosti RAS je ravnomerni razvoj Srbije i pozicioniranje zemlje kao ekonomskog lidera regiona. 8 Development Agency of Serbia (RAS) The Development Agency of Serbia (RAS) is a governmental agency of the Republic of Serbia, established on January 11, 2016, in accordance with the Law on Investments. The main activity of RAS is support to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in order to strengthen Serbian economy, support to direct investments and export promotion, improving the reputation of Serbia, and regional development. Abstract Detailed distribution pattern of colubrid snakes in Serbia is still inadequately described, despite the long historical study. In this paper, we provide accurate distribution of seven species, with previously published and newly accumulated faunistic records compiled. Comparative analysis of faunas among all Balkan countries showed that Serbian colubrid fauna is among the most distinct (together with faunas of Slovenia and Romania), due to small number of species. Zoogeographic analysis showed high chorotype diversity of Serbian colubrids: seven species belong to six chorotypes. South-eastern Serbia (Pčinja River valley) is characterized by the presence of all colubrid species inhabiting our country, and deserves the highest conservation status at the national level.

    STATUT GRADA VRANJA ("Sl. glasnik P činjskog okruga", br. 17/2008 i 30/2008 - ispr.) I OSNOVNE ODREDBE Član 1 Ovim statutom, u skladu sa zakonom, ure đuje se prava i dužnosti grada Vranja (u daljem tekstu: Grad), na čin i uslovi njihovog ostvarivanja, broj odbornika Skupštine grada, organizacija i rad organa i službi, na čin upravljanja gra đana poslovima iz nadležnosti Grada, osnivanje i rad mesnih zajednica i drugih oblika mesne samouprave, kao i druga pitanja od zna čaja za Grad. Član 2 Grad je teritorijalna jedinica u kojoj gra đani ostvaruju pravo na lokalnu samoupravu. Gra đani koji imaju bira čko pravo i prebivalište na teritoriji Grada, upravljaju poslovima Grada, u skladu sa Ustavom, zakonom i ovim statutom.
