“Hello, my name is ______, we need programs and services for our most vulnerable residents. The current services they can receive allow them to choose a home-based setting to live independently.

The Governor’s proposed cuts risk disruption of already fragile services for older adults and adults with disabilities and only increase ’s budget problems. It makes no sense to eliminate these programs, causing real hardship for people like (myself, my mother/father, neighbor, etc) when real savings will not be achieved. Again, I urge you to take action to prevent these senseless program eliminations. Thank you in advance for demonstrating leadership in this critical issue.”
