Komaram Bheem Asifabad District Respondent : The Public Information Officer ( RTI Act,2005) / The Public Relations Officer, Corporate Office, TSNPDCL, Warangal, H.No. 2-5-31/2, Vidyuth Bhavan, Nakkalagutta, Hanamkonda, Warangal O R D E R Sri Mohd Ashraf R/o Komaram Bheem District, has filed a Complaint dated 29-01-2018 which was received by this Commission on 09-02-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / The Public Relations Officer, Corporate Office, TSNPDCL, Warangal, H.No. 2-5-31/2, Vidyuth Bhavan, Nakkalagutta, Hanamkonda, Warangal. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 09-10-2017 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. TSIC The Public Information Officer has not furnished information to the Complainant. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 26-11- 2018. On 26-11-2018 the case was called. The complainant and the Public Information Officer were absent. The case was adjourned with a direction to issue fresh notice to the parties. On 22-12-2020 case is called. The Complainant is absent. The PIO / Public Relations Officer, TSNPDCL, Vidyuth Bhavan, Warangal is present. The PIO submitted that the complainant filed similar applications before the Superintending Engineers, Divisional Engineers and available and held information was already furnished by them and the same information was provided to the complainant on 24-11-2018 and complete information was furnished on 17-12-2018 in compliance with the orders of the Commission in Complaint No. 2380/CIC- (Peshi-II)/2018 which was already heard and closed by the Commission on 26-11-2018. The appellant also did not choose to attend the hearing and present his version against the submission of the PIO before the Commission. In view of the above, as the matter was already heard and disposed off, this Complaint is also closed. Dr. Mohd.
