The brief facts of the case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated: 08-08-2018 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec. 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned: TSIC Stating that the appellant did not receive any information response from the Public Information Officer, he filed 1st appeal dated 19-11-2018 before the 1st Appellate Authority requesting him to furnish the information sought by him u/s 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Stating that the appellant did not get any response from the First Appellate Authority, he preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005. Basing on the material papers available on record, the appeal is taken on file PTO Note: This is system generated copy and no signature is required. 2 In view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic, the case is heard over phone on 09.07.2020 with prior intimation to the concerned parties. The appellant responded and stated that no information was furnish by the Public Information Officer. The Public Information Officer/O/o the District Collector Adilabad responded and stated that information was already furnished to the Appellant vide Lr. No.A6/RTI/2135/2018 dt.11-01-2019 by post and produced a copy thereof by electronic mode. Heard both parties and perused the material available on record. The Commission directs the Public Information Officer to furnish a copy of letter dt.11-01-2019, once again to the Appellant by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due. With the above direction, the appeal is closed. The size of the sample was 160 parents of tribal adolescent’s girls in the age range of 17-21 years M Sarada Devi Professor and University Head, were selected using purposive random sampling method.
