G.O.Rt.No.1086 Fin.(HRM-VII) Dept., dated.08.10.2020 **** Government in B.E. for the year 2020-21 have allocated Rs.43,39,50,000=00 (Rupees Forty Three Crores Thirty Nine Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) under Head 300 other Contractual Services and 301 Contract appointments In reference 5th read above, instructions were issued time to time to conduct of academic activities by on line means, examination duties and coordinating in DOST admission work / any other important work related to the college to attend duties without fail. In pursuance of Government orders in reference 01st to 04th and 7th read above, the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad hereby sanctioned an amount of Rs.13,28,91,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Crores Twenty Eight Lakhs Ninety One Thousand Only) towards payment of Honorarium to 825 Contract Lecturer in the File No.CCE-SER2/CLEC/3/2020-SER2 respective colleges for the Academic Year 2019-20 from 1st June 2020 to 30th September 2020 for the year 2019-20 as per the Annexure appended to these Proceedings. The expenditure is debitable to the following Head of Account:- “2202 – General Education – 03 – University and Higher Education – M.H. – 103 – Government Colleges and Institutions – S.H.(07) – Government Degree Colleges – 300 – Other Contractual Services – 301 Contract Appointments (Non-Plan)”. The Principal of Government Degree Colleges concerned is requested to draw and disburse the payment to the Contract Lecturers as per the sanctioned number of Contract Lectures annexure appended to these Proceedings to those Contract Lecturers as per the working days based on the instructions issued in reference 5th and 6th read above as follows:- Sl. The Principal of Government Degree Colleges concerned are requested to cross check exact amount payable to Contract faculty based on actuals before forwarding the bills to Treasuries and in case of any mistakes, they will be held responsible. File No.CCE-SER2/CLEC/3/2020-SER2 Further, the Principals of Government Degree Colleges are not permitted to claim the honorarium of any arrears / previous Academic Year out of this budget. If any amount is to be paid to the Contract Lecturer concerned from the present college based on the Non-drawl certificate issued by the Principal of Government Degree College of previous college, the proposal be immediately sent to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education for sanction of the budget on this count.
