MOTION TO ADMIT GREGORY FRANCIS VIZZA PRO HAC VICE ______

The undersigned respectfully moves this Court for the admission pro hac vice of Gregory

Francis Vizza, a partner with the law firm of Blank Rome, LLP, to represent PNC Bank, N.A., in

this case pursuant to Rule 2090-1 of the Local Rules of this Court. Mr. Vizza maintains an office

at 130 North 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Mr. Vizza is not a member of the bar of this

Court but is a member in good standing of the bar of Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice,

among other courts, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

A Certificate of Good Standing from the United States District Court for the Eastern

District of Pennsylvania has been requested but is being returned via first class mail and has not

been received as of this date. Movant will file the Good Standing with this Court upon receipt.

WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully requests entry of the Proposed Order,

annexed hereto as Exhibit A, admitting Gregory Francis Vizza to practice pro hac vice before

this Court in this case.
