N O T I F I C A T I O N In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21 (1) (b) of the Hyderabad city Police Act, I, Anjani Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, do hereby notify, for the information of the general public, that, in order to relieve traffic congestion, to maintain smooth flow of traffic and ensure public safety in connection with BIBI-KA-ALAM Procession in Hyderabad, the following traffic restrictions/diversions will be made on 20-08-2021 from 11.00 AM to 09.00 PM. 1. The Vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards BiBi-ka-Alawa at Sunargalli ‘T’ Junction and it will be diverted towards Dabeerpura Darwaza and Ganga Nagar Nala, Yakutpura side. 2. The Vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards Shaik Faiz Kaman and it will be diverted at Jabbar Hotel towards either Dabeerpura Darwaza or Chanchalguda. 3. The Vehicular traffic coming from Ethebar Chowk will not be allowed towards Bada Bazar and it will be diverted at Ethebar Chowk towards either Kotla Alija or Purana Haveli side. 4. When procession reaches Ganga Nagar Nala, Yakutpura, the traffic coming from Purani Haveli will not be allowed towards Etebar Chowk and it will be diverted at Purani Haveli towards either Chatta bazar, Dabeerpura or SJ Rotary. 5. When procession reaches Ganga Nagar Nala, the traffic coming from Moghalpura, Volta hotel will not be allowed towards Etebar Chowk and it will be diverted at Bibi bazar X roads towards either Paris café or Talab katta side. 6. When procession reaches Etebar Chowk, the traffic coming from Mitti-ka-sher and Madina will not be allowed towards Etebar Chowk and it will be diverted at Gulzar House towards Madina or Mitti-ka-sher. 7. When procession reaches Kotla aliza, the traffic coming from Moghalpura water tank will not be allowed towards Chowk Maidan Khan and it will be diverted at Hafez Danka Mosque towards either Paris Cafe or Bibi Bazar side. 8. When the procession reaches Charminar the traffic coming from Shakkerkote will not be allowed towards Gulzar House and it will be diverted at Mitti-Ka-Sher Junction towards either Ghansi Bazar or Chelapura, where as the traffic will be diverted at Ethebar Chowk towards Kotla Alija or Purani Haveli. 9. When procession reaches Charminar, the traffic coming from Nayapool will not be allowed towards Charminar and it will be diverted at Madina X Road towards City College. 10. When procession reaches Miralam Mandi, the traffic coming from Chaderghat Rotary, Noorkhan Bazar, Salarjung Museum and Shivaji Bridge will not be allowed towards Purani Haveli and it will be diverted at Salarjung Rotary towards Nayapool, Shivaji Bridge and Noorkhan bazar sides. 11. When procession reaches Alawa Sartouq, the traffic coming from Chaderghat Rotary will not be allowed towards Kali Khabar and it will be diverted at Chaderghat Rotary towards Ranga Mahal or Kothi via Chaderghat bridge. 12. Traffic coming from Gowliguda or Afzalgunj will not be allowed towards Salar Jung/ Shivaji Bridge and it will be diverted towards Afzal Gunj and Gowliguda side at the entrance of Salar Jung/Shivaji Bridge on Gowliguda side. 13. APSRTC district buses will be diverted towards Rang Mahal and Afzalgunj sides for entry and exit from 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM on 20-08-2021 and they should not come on the Kalikabar and Miralam Mandi road till the procession terminates. The following restrictions on vehicular traffic will also be imposed from 4.00 PM to 8.30 PM on 20-08-2021 in Secunderabad area. 1. The vehicular traffic proceeding from Hyderabad via Tankbund towards Karbala Maidan will be diverted at Children's Park towards Kavadiguda, Bible House and R.P.Road. 2. The vehicular traffic proceeding from the R.P.Road towards Karbala Maidan will be diverted at the Traffic Island near Bible House (via) Kavadiguda X roads and will join the Tankbund Road at DBR Mills "T" Junction. 3. Mahatma Gandhi Road between the Central Telegraph Island and Ranigunj will be "ONE WAY” towards Ranigunj side. The Traffic will be diverted at Ranigunj Junction towards the Ministers Road (KIMS Hospital) on need basis. Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City. BUSTED COUNTERFEIT INDIAN CURRENCY PRINTING & CIRCULATING GANG – 5 HELD – SEIZED COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY ABOUT RS.16 LAKHS & OTHER INCRIMINATING MATERIAL On 19-08-2021 the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team apprehended (5) accused persons by name 1) Chukkapuram Santosh Kumar, 2) Janaki Sai Kumar, 3) Dharmaji Neeraj Kumar @ Pintu, 4) Jaligam Raju & 5) Sunkari Sinivas and busted a fake Indian currency printing and circulating racket which is believed to have been operating for the past two months from Siddipet Town. Seized 1) Fake notes with in 500 denomination – 1400 notes (worth Rs.7,00,000/-), 2) Partial fake 500 denomination notes-1800 notes (worth Rs.9,00,000/-), 3) Partial fake 200 denomination notes-50 notes (worth Rs.10,000/-), 4) Scanner cum Printer-1 Cannon, 5) Laptop-1 Dell and other incriminating material from their possession. Colour boxes 05 Modus operandi:- The accused Chukkapuram Santosh Kumar is working as Photographer at Siddipet. He intended to open a big photo studio. For which he is in need of huge money. He informed the same to accused Janaki Sai Kumar who is his friend (previously worked as photographer). At the same time the accused Janaki Sai Kumar is also facing financial problems and also he is having debts. As such both the accused persons hatched a plan for printing and circulating of counterfeit Indian currency on 1:3 ratio. As both the accused persons are working as photographers and having an idea about Photoshop. By using the Photoshop they planned to prepare counterfeit Indian currency. The accused Janaki Sai Kumar and Chukkapuram Santosh Kumar explained the same matter to accused Sunkari Srinivas who is friend of accused Janaki Sai Kumar and asked his help in this process. For which they agreed to give 10% amount as commission to him. The accused Sunkari Srinivas was agreed for the same. Later the accused persons Chukkapuram Santosh Kumar and Janaki Sai Kumar informed the same to accused persons Dharmaji Neeraj Kumar @ Pintu and Jaligam Raju and asked them to assist in printing and circulating of counterfeit Indian currency on commission of basis. For which they both agreed. The accused persons Chukkapuram Santosh Kumar and Janaki Sai Kumar procured one Dell Laptop, one Cannon Colour printer cum scanner (purchased at Cyber Net shop, Siddipet for Rs.3,000/- by accused Santosh Kumar) and other incriminating material from different places in Siddipet with the help of remaining accused persons. They also took one rented room at premises No.4-113/A, Raghavendra Colony, Siddipet for Rs.3,500/- and kept all the items in the said room for preparing and printing the counterfeit Indian currency. They have started making counterfeit currency of Rs.500 rupee denomination of Indian currency, while process of making currency they stick the original currency notes front side, back side on the white paper, while sticking the notes they used to stitch the green colour strips into the currency notes to looking like as original currency notes, scan the notes and print out through scanner cum colour printer by using similar original currency colours, later they cut the notes similar to original size currency and pack the currency notes as genuine currency bundles in rented room. After bundling, the accused persons circulate the fake currency in different areas on 1:3 ratio and gaining illegal money. Today i.e. on 19-08-2021 all the accused persons came near Yousufguda Check post, Hyderabad by carrying the fake notes with in 500 denomination 1400 notes, worth 7 lakhs, partial fake 500 denomination notes 1800 notes, worth 9,00,000/-, Partial fake 200 denomination notes 50 notes, worth 10,000/-, to sell the same to needy customers on 1:3 ratio amount, in the meantime on credible information the West Zone Task Force team apprehended all the above accused persons and seized the counterfeit Indian currency and above said incriminating material from their possession.

As per their plan they formed into a gang and targeted two wheeler vehicles ( Activa – 5G ) parked at Metro Stations particularly VOGO (Bikes Rental Service) vehicles and committed theft of (38) vehicles in the limits of Hyderabad and Rachakonda Police Commissionarates.
