N O T I F I C A T I O N

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 21(1) (b) of the Hyderabad City Police Act, I, Anjani Kumar, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, do hereby notify for information of the general public that, in order to facilitate proper control and regulation of traffic in connection with EID-UL-ZUHA (Bakrid) prayers at Eidgah and at Hockey Ground, , Hyderabad on 12-08-2019 from 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM, the following diversions will be enforced:-

MIR ALAM TANK IDGAH:

1 The vehicular traffic coming from Puranapul, Kamatipura, Kishanbagh towards the Eidgah, Mir Alam Tank for prayers will be allowed through Bahadurpura X Roads from 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM and they should park vehicles at parking places mentioned below. During this period, the general vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards Eidgah, Tadban and it will be diverted at Bahadurpura ‘X’ Roads towards Kishanbagh, Kamatipura and Puranapul etc. Parking place: Parking area at Zoo Park.

2. The vehicular traffic coming from Shivarampally & Danamma Huts towards the Eidgah, Mir Alam Tank for prayers will be allowed through Dannama Huts X Roads from 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM and they should park vehicles at parking places mentioned below. During this period, the general vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards Eidgah and it will be diverted at Danamma Huts ‘X’ Roads towards Shastripuram, NS Kunta, etc. Parking places provided at: 1). Yousuf Parking, 2). Mazaar Parking, 3). Jayesh Parking, 4). Besides Modern Saw Mill parking In front of Eidgah main road, 5). Mir Alam filter bed and Yadav Parking ( for four Wheelers).

3. The vehicular traffic coming from Kalapather towards the Eidgah Mir Alam Tank for prayers will be allowed through Kalapather L&O PS from 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM and they should park vehicles at parking places mentioned below. During this period, the general vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards Eidgah and it will be diverted at Kalapather L&O PS towards Mochi Colony, Bhadurpura, Shamsheergunj and . Parking places provided at 1). Bhayya Parking, 2). Modern Petrol bunk, 3). BNK Colony. 4. From 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM the heavy vehicles coming from Puranapul towards Bhadurpura will be diverted towards Jiaguda and City College side till the entire congregation disperses from the Eidgah.

5 From 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM the heavy vehicles coming from , Rajendra Nagar and Milardevpally towards Bhadurpura will be diverted towards Aramghar Junction towards Shamshabad or Rajendra Nagar or Milardevpally sides till the entire congregation disperses after prayers from the Eidgah.

PRAYERS AT HOCKEY GROUND, MASAB TANK. 1. The General Traffic coming from towards Road No.1, via. Masab Tank will be diverted through Flyover Masab Tank, Via. Ayodya Junction (Left turn) Khiartabad, , RTA Office, (Left Turn) Taj Krishna Hotel so on. 2. The RTC busses coming from Road No. 12, Banjara Hills towards Masab Tank will be diverted at Road No, 1/12 Junction towards Taj Krishna Hotel (Right Turn) RTA Khairtabad and buses coming from NFCL Junction, Panjagutta towards Mehdipatnam via Masab Tank will be diverted at Taj Krishna Hotel towards Erramanjil Colony, RTA Khairtabad, Nirankari, Lakdikapool, Masab Tank Fly over, Mehdipatnam. 3. The RTC Buses coming from Lakdikapool towards Road No.1/12 Banjara Hills via. Masab Tank will be diverted at Ayodya Junction towards Nirankari, Khiartabad, VV Statue, Khairtabad RTA Office (Left Turn) Taj Krishna Hotel. No Busses will be allowed from below the Masab Tank Fly over towards Road No.1, Banjarahills till the completion of prayers. 4. The General Traffic coming from Road No. 1/12 towards Masab tank will be diverted towards Chintal Basthi Road.

PRAYERS AT LANGAR HOUSE AREA. 1. The General Traffic coming from Nanal Nagar towards Andhra Floor Mill will be diverted at Balika Bhavan Jn towards Laxminagar. 2. The General Traffic coming from MD Lines and Balka Bhavan will not be allowed towards Military Hospital and it will be diverted at Andhra Floor Mill towards Balika Bhavan or MD Lines. 3. The General Traffic coming from Langar House will not be allowed towards Military Hospital and it will be diverted at Eidgha U Turn at Military Hospital towards Moghal Ka Nala.

Dated: 09-08-2019. PRESS NOTE Today once again Hyderabad Traffic police helped in transporting the live organ (Heart) by providing non-stop movement to the ambulance carrying the live organ. On 9th August, 2019 Hyderabad Traffic Police arranged Green Channel for transportation of LIVE ORGAN (Heart) from Care Hospital, BanjaraHills to Care Hospital, Nampally.

The distance between Care Hospital, Banjara Hills to Care Hospital, Nampally is (6) KMs which was covered in (10) minutes. The medical team carrying LIVE ORGAN (Heart) left Care Hospital, Banjara Hills at 8.08 PM from and reached Care Hospital, Namapally at 8.18 PM. In normal traffic the journey will take 20 to 25 mins.

The efforts of Hyderabad Traffic Police in the transportation of LIVE ORGAN (Heart) were applauded by the management of Care Hospitals .

FAKE GOVT JOB RACKET BUSTED - ONE HELD

For cheating un-employed youth with false promises to provide govt jobs as Jr. Assistant in irrigation department, Secretariat, Hyderabad.

The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team on credible information busted fake government job racket and nabbed one fraudster Gurram Prasad @ Babu Rao S/o. G.Jakkaiah, age. 31 yrs, occ. Real estate business , who is indulged in cheating the innocent unemployed youth by false promises of providing Government jobs as Jr.Assistant in Irrigation Department at Secretariat. Hyderabad by collecting huge amounts from job aspirants by showing fake appointment order copies.

➢ FACTS OF THE CASE :- 1. Cr.No. 349/2019, U/s. 420 IPC of Begumpet PS:

On 06-08-2019 the Complainant/victim P. Sudharshan lodged a complaint at Begumpet PS stating that the accused person Gurram Prasad @ Babu Rao approached the victim on the pretext of arrange Govt job as Jr Assistant in Irrigation Department to brother of complainant, in deceiving manner cheated an amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- as Govt job process amount from the victim and failed to arrage job and changed his shelter from one place to another place. ➢ MODUS OPERANDI:-

The accused Gurram Prasad @ Babu Rao S/o. G.Jakkaiah, age. 31 yrs is native of Parakal, Warrangal Dist Telangana State and staying at Begumpet, Secunderabad. He studied upto B.Sc. He is doing real estate business in and around Hyderabad. Due to insufficient income hatched a plan to gain easy money illegally by lures the innocent job aspirants through known sources, who are interested in securing Govt.Jobs in Irrigation Department as well as other Govt department. Initially the accused used to identify the candidates, who are interested in Govt jobs, introducing himself as Section officer in Irrigation Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad informing them that he having good contacts with higher officials in Irrigation Department & other Govt Department at Secretariat, Hyderabad, promising them that through his influence provide Govt Jr. Asst job in Irrigation Department and collect the bio-data forms, Photo copies, Address proof, etc to make them believe that the process is genuine, demanding huge amount for the process fees to get appointment order copy. With the glib talks in deceitful manner the accused called the complainant and his brother near Taj Vivanta Hotel, Begumpet and received Rs. 7,50,000/- in three instalments from August-2018 from the victim on the pretext of arrange Govt job as Jr. Asst in Irrigation department and changed his shelter and not respond the phone call of victim. in this manner the accused cheated huge amount from several job aspirants. Based on the compliant of P. Sudharshan the SHO, Begumpet PS registered a case vide Cr. No. 349/2019, U/Sec. 420 IPC against the fraudster.

➢ ARREST:- To day on tip off the Commissioner’s Task Force , North Zone team laid a trap and apprehended the accused Gurram Prasad @ Babu Rao.

Seized Rs. 60,000/-, One cell phone and fake documents from the possess of accused person. The accused along with seized material handed over to SHO, Begumpet PS for further investigation.

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri.P.Radhakishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad by Sri K.Nageswar Rao, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone, and SIs K.S.Ravi, K.Srikanth, B.Parameshwar, G.Rajashekar Reddy and North Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad. Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad City. THREE HOUSE BURGLARS HELD- (05) HOUSE BURGLARY CASES DETECTED

The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone, Hyderabad with the assistance of Reinbazar Police apprehended three House burglars and detected (05) House burglary cases committed under the limits of Reinbazar, Madannapet and Kanchanbagh Police stations and recovered stolen property of one Hero Glamour bike, 02- Laptops (One Toshiba & one HP company), 04-Cell Phones, one Rado wrist watch and two daggers at the instance of accused.

NAME & ADDRESS PARTICULARS OF ACCUSED PERSON:-

A1) Mohd. Arif Khan @ Arif S/o Mohd Ghouse Khan, age 28 yrs, occ: Centering work, R/o. Near Water Tank, Bannaka, , Hyd.

A2) Hyder Ali Razvi @ Hyder S/o Late Hamed Ali, age 29 yrs, occ: Wall painter, R/o. Sharja House Ganganagar Nala, Yakuthpura, Hyd.

A3) Sohail Ali @ Agha @ Sohail S/o Late Shabbir Khan @ Shabbir Ali, aged 31 yrs, occ: Glass fitting work, R/o. Sharja House Ganganagar, Nala Yakuthpura, Hyd.

Property recovered:- Recovered one Hero Glamour bike bearing No.AP 29 BX 0590. 02- Laptops ( One Toshiba & one HP) 04-Cell Phones, 01-Rado Wrist Watch 02-Daggers

Brief History of accused:-

The accused Mohd. Arif Khan @ Arif is a native of Santoshnagar, Hyderabad and discontinued his studies after failing in SSC. After remaining unemployed for many days, he developed bad friendship and got addicted to bad vices. To meet his lavish expenditure he started committing thefts. Earlier he was arrested by , , Bhavaninagar, Bahadurpura, Chandrayangutta and Afzalgunj police in about 10 theft cases.

The second accused Hyder Ali Razvi @ Hyder hails from , of Hyderabad and is a Rowdy sheeter of Reinbazar P.S. He is earlier involved in (32) Property offences in Twin cities and Bidar of Karnataka. He is also involved in one Murder case of Chandrayangutta P.S. during the year 2018. He was detained under PD act twice by Mirchowk & Shahinayathgunj Police Stations during the years 2015 and 2017 respectively.

The third accused Sohail Ali hails from Yakutpura of Hyderabad and is a Rowdy sheeter of Reinbazar P.S. So far he is involved around (15) House burglaries in Twin cities and Bidar of Karnataka. He is also involved in one Murder case of Chandrayangutta P.S. in the year 2018. He was detained under PD act once by Dabeerpura Police Station during the year 2015.

All the above three accused were released from Jail about two months ago. After releasing from Jail, they did not mend their ways and formed into a gang and committed 05-House burglaries under the limits of Reinbazar, Madannapet and Kanchanbagh Police Stations.

At the time of arrest the accused were carrying daggers with them with an intention to harm and threaten the people and also the Police and to make their escape easy when they were being caught.

Today, on a specific input, the South Zone Task Force team apprehended the above 03-HB offenders and recovered the stolen property pertaining to Reinbazar, Madannapet and Kanchanbagh P.S.s. The offenders along with recovered property handed over to the S.H.O. Reinbazar Police Station for taking further action against them.

The above arrest was made under the supervision of Sri. K. Madhu Mohan Reddy, Inspector of Police, South Zone and SIs S/Sri, N. Srishylam, K.N. Prasad Varma, Mohd Thakiuddin and V. Narender & Staff of South Zone Task Force, Hyderabad City.
