RAID ON ELECTRICAL SHOP NABBED 02-ACCUSED AND SEIZED HUGE QUANTITY OF DUPLICATE CABLES AND COMPONENTS W/Rs.4,00,000/-

The Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, City conducted raid on Electrical shop named and styled as Raj Alankar Electricals situated at H.No.5-1-110, Near BSNL office, Jambagh, Afzalgunj, Hyderabad and apprehended 02-persons namely 1) Bharath Kumar Raj Purohith and 2) Sharavan Kumar Raj Purohith. Who were indulged in procuring duplicate cable wires, carton boxes, Holograms and QR Codes of branded electrical wires of V-Guard and Havells from Delhi through their known sources thereby misleading the innocent customers and making them believe that they are original products of the branded companies.

During the interrogation the accused Bharath Kumar Raj Purohith confessed that, he is native of Pali District of Rajasthan State and residing at Troop Bazar, Hyderabad since 10 years. Earlier he used to work in a Electrical Shop and possessed good knowledge in selling of Cables, Electrical Goods and other components. Later he established an electrical shop named and styled as Raj Alankar Electrical shop at Jambagh, Afzalgunj, Hyderabad. His meager earnings are not sufficient for him and his family members through his shop. He hatched a plan to earn easy money illegally. In this process he started procuring the duplicate cable wires, boxes, holograms and serial numbers of branded cables viz., V-Guard and Havells through his known sources from Delhi and selling them to the customers in the market for higher price and earned easy money illegally.

On 17-04-2021 on credible information, the Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad, apprehended Bharath Kumar Raj Purohith and Shravan Kumar Raj Purohith and seized the above said property from their possession. The accused along with seized property were handed over to SHO, Afzalgunj PS, for taking further action against him.

The above arrest was made under the supervision of Sri K.Srinivas, Inspector of Police, East Zone Task Force, and SI’s Sri C.Venkatesh, G.Srinivas Reddy, Govindu Swamy, P.Vasudev and the staff of East Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad City.

THIS IS THE CASE OF MURDER BY INFLICTING CUT THROAT INJURIES TO THE DECEASED. DETECTED BY CHIKKDAPALLY POLICE ON 17-04-2021 APPREHENDED THE ACCUSED PERSONS IN PUNJAB STATE ARRESTED THE ACCUSED PERSONS IN CR. NO. 119/2021 U/S 302 IPC OF PS .

This is a case of murder by inflicting cut throat injuries to the deceased. wherein the accused persons A.1 bore grudge against the deceased for enticing and taking away the wife of A.1 by the deceased and was on look out for their whereabouts. A.1 was having plans to kill the deceased since years together and making efforts to find him. In the month of March, 2019, A.1 received a clue from the brother of the deceased that the deceased and complainant are living in Hyderabad and having collected their location whereabouts, A.1 sent BJ (N) to go to Hyderabad and stay and collect information when and where it is possible to kill the deceased the BJ (N) in all mental preparedness to kill the deceased as it hurt him that his mother eloped with the deceased, arrived in Hyderabad and met his mother Complainant and deceased Satnaam Singh and living with them from 07.03.2021 onwards. Complainant put him to work in their hotel Punjab Food House, , Hyderabad. Complainant was frequently going to Gurudwara, Ashok Bazar, Afzalgunj, Hyderabad, doing Seva and service and living in quarters. She was paid for her service which supplements her family income. Whereas, deceased was running Punjab Food House, Narayanguda with help of BJ (N). Information was passed on to A-1 that deceased sleeps alone in the room.

On 29.03.2021 evening A.1 along with his nephew A.2 left their native place in Punjab and from Hisar Railway junction they went to Delhi by train and from there A.1 and A.2 took Nizamuddin Railway Station, Delhi and took another train at 10 pm and reached Railway Station on 31.3.2021 at 03.00 hrs and slept there. At 11 am, BJ (N) arrived and met A.1 and A.2 at the Railway Station and they all came to Suryanagar and BJ (N) showed the house at No. 1-8-8/A, Sarvodaya colony, Sarvodaya colony, Suryanagar, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad and location where deceased stays. Then, BJ (N) and deceased went to work at Punjab Food House, Narayanguda while A.1 and A.2 came to Crown Café Traffic Signal (near Narayanguda flyover bridge/ Nala and waiting there for all clear signal from BJ (N). AT 23.45 hrs, BJ (N) called and said deceased is alone in the house and sleeping. On this information, A.1, A.2 reached the above said house. A.2 guarded the door. A.1 and BJ (N) entered into the premises and there was quarrel with the deceased and both manhandled him and fell him down on the floor. A.1 sat on back of the deceased and BJ (N) picked up the large knife which he kept there. A.1 lifted the head of the deceased pulling it by holding the hair exposing the throat. BJ (N) cut the throat and it was not properly cut to kill him, and A.1 took another smaller knife and sliced the throat of the deceased. In the above incident, A. sustained injury to tip of his left index finger as well as his right wrist. AT 00.36 hrs all three of them left the premises and they took the mobile phone of the deceased, switched it off. All three went to Railway Station, Secunderabad and slept for the night and took morning train to Delhi and reached Delhi on 2.3.2021 and went to Bahadur Gharg Metro station and approached Star Mobile shop and BJ (N) tried to sell the phone to the shop keeper but he was asked to produce BILL and ID proof and hence he left the phone in that shop. Then all three persons went back to their native place in Punjab.

Sri Anjani Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City issued preventive detention order under the Act No.1 of 1986 against Shaik Mahamood @ Guddu S/o Shaik Ismail, age 21 y Years, Occ : Water Supply Work, Caste : Muslim, R/o Near Osmania Hotel, Shaheen Nagar, R.R. District who has been committing theft of cell phones in the limits of Hyderabad and Cyberabad Police Commissionerates along with his associates in an organised manner. Facts of the case are that on 06.01.2021 at 1700 hrs received a complaint from Sri. Abdul Majid S/o Abdul Majeed, age 41 years, Occ: Watchman, r/o. Kalalgally, Old Tandur, Vikarabad district, on 04.01.2021 he came to Hyderabad from his native place to go to his sister house at Kishanbagh At about 18-45 hours he boarded sharing auto rickshaw near Pillar No. 86, already some passengers were sitting in back side and front side. While the auto was moving the auto passengers are started arguing with each other and instructed him to move here and there in auto. Later when the auto was reached near Pillar no. 97 the auto driver instructed him to get down. As such he get down and he realized that the auto co-passengers who sat beside him in the auto diverted his mind and committed theft of his cell phone Redmi Note 9 from his shirt pocket and sped away. His cell phone particulars are Make Redmi Note 9. Basing on the complaint, the Langer House Police registered a case in Cr.No.02/2021 u/s 420, 379 IPC and made strenuous efforts and arrested the Detenu Shaik Mahamood @ Guddu S/o Shaik Ismail on 02.02.2021 by Chandrayangutta Police and remanded him to judicial custody, later he was produced on PT Warrant. Later Langer House police initiated PD ACT against him as he had criminal History and he committed seven offence in the recent past and he has been creating large scale fear and panic among the general public by committing such offences in public places and thus he has been acting in a manner prejudicial to the maintenance of public order apart from disturbing the peace, tranquillity and social harmony in the society.
