Voyage Créatif Au Kerala GROUPE ACCOMPAGNÉ VOYAGE CRÉATIF AU KERALA avec Annedominique Chevalley, animatrice d’ateliers d’expression artistique Après avoir longtemps travaillé dans les milieux culturels (Théâtre de l’Échandole à Yverdon, Expo 02, Paléo Festival, Festival de la Cité à Lausanne) Annedominique Chevalley s’est tournée vers les arts plastiques et a terminé une formation en art-thérapie en 2014. Elle est aujourd’hui peintre autodidacte et anime différents ateliers créatifs. Avec elle, nous vous invitons à vivre un voyage dans le voyage, à la rencontre de l’Inde et de Soi ! L’Inde souvent surnommée « Mother India » vient en effet réveiller des réminiscences profondes que chacun(e) porte en soi ; pour donner forme aux émotions et perceptions surgissant à la découverte de cet incroyable pays, l’expression artistique est ainsi particulièrement propice. Vous serez invité(e) à réaliser différentes créations, à votre rythme et selon vos besoins intérieurs du moment, en utilisant diverses techniques plastiques (pastels gras & secs, peinture, écriture, collage, Land Art, etc.). Annedominique vous proposera un fil rouge en lien avec un élément qui vous aura inspiré le premier jour, puis des pistes de création quotidiennes à partir des expériences ou visites du jour. Au fil du voyage, vous vous relierez à votre monde intérieur en stimulant votre créativité, selon la définition de D.W.Winnicott pour qui la créativité est inhérente au fait de vivre et nous sert à appréhender la réalité extérieure. Ce voyage, conçu comme une méditation créative, vous proposera des outils concrets que vous vous pourrez continuer à utiliser dans votre quotidien. Une manière de se donner le temps de découvrir un pays et d’exprimer ses ressentis sous forme d’images pour les intégrer. Aucune compétence artistique n’est nécessaire : seuls le plaisir et la spontanéité comptent ! A l’extrémité sud-ouest de l’Inde, l’État du Kerala est un pays de profusion et d’exubérance : palmeraies gigantesques, plages bordées de cocotiers, rizières immenses, cultures d’épices, thé, café, cacao, caoutchouc, etc. Près de la côte, les rizières sont sillonnées de canaux qui servaient au transport des épices et du thé jusqu’à la mer, alors que l’arrière-pays est fait de montagnes couvertes de plantations et de forêts où vit une faune importante. Notre voyage commencera par quelques jours de remise en forme par des soins ayurvédiques, médecine traditionnelle indienne plurimillénaire, puis nous passerons une nuit sur un bateau traditionnel sur les canaux. Nous partirons ensuite à la découverte des Ghâts occidentaux, chaîne de montagnes basses où nous visiterons des plantations de thé et d’épices ainsi qu’un parc national. Nous redescendrons ensuite sur la côte, nous passerons par Kochi, ville romantique très éclectique, et enfin nous ferons un bref séjour en bord de mer avant le retour. Circuit entièrement en minibus privé accompagné par Annedominique Chevalley et Jean-Daniel Forestier. Chaque jour, environ 2 heures à 2 heures 30 seront consacrées à des périodes de créativité. William-Fraisse 7 - 1006 Lausanne - 021 626 17 70 - www.sakadoh.ch AU KERALA 1er jour : Vols Genève – Thiruvananthapuram A l’arrivée: minibus pour le Centre Shin Shiva, à Chowara. Un bref séjour (3 jours) de soins naturels, détente et remise en forme par la médecine ayurvédique, médecine indienne traditionnelle. C’est dans le village de Chowara, à 21 km au sud de Thiruvananthapuram (anc. Trivandrum), que le Dr Franklin, médecin indien renommé, a ouvert le centre Shin Shiva. Les soins personnalisés (env. 2 h par jour) consisteront principalement en des massages et applications d’huiles. Le cadre est extraordinaire, au sommet d’une falaise avec vue panoramique sur la mer. 5e jour Chowara – Alappuzha Le matin : minibus pour Alappuzha ; l’après-midi : visite accompagnée. Petite ville typique du Kerala, Alappuzha est surtout une étape où l’on embarque pour une croisière sur les canaux. Elle est pourtant pleine de charme, très animée et hébergeant un beau temple traditionnel hindou. 6e jour : Houseboat Le matin : embarquement sur un « houseboat », bateau traditionnel. L'après-midi : navigation et nuit à bord. L'Etat du Kerala est sillonné de canaux (« backwater »), qui servaient au transport des marchandises (épices, thé, riz) jusqu'à la mer grâce à des bateaux traditionnels. Avec l'avènement de moyens de transports plus performants, ces embarcations ont peu à peu disparu et aujourd'hui, grâce au recyclage de ces bateaux pour le tourisme, un savoir-faire ancestral a été sauvegardé et des chantiers navals ont repris leurs activités. Les paysages sont idylliques, entre palmeraies, rizières et petits hameaux, le rythme est doux et de nombreux oiseaux enrichissent la croisière. 7e jour : Minibus pour Kumily (Parc National du Periyar) Le matin : minibus pour Kumily ; après-midi: visite accompagnée de plantations d’épices. Kumily, à 1000 m. d’altitude, se trouve à la porte du Parc National du Periyar où vivent quelques tigres, ours, bisons indiens, ainsi que des singes, éléphants, oiseaux et divers cervidés. Dans les environs, se trouvent de nombreuses plantations de thé et d’épices. 8e jour : Kumily Matinée libre avec proposition de randonnée; l’après-midi: bateau sur le lac, dans le parc national. 9e jour : Kumily - Kochi Le matin : quelques heures de minibus, à travers collines couvertes de thé et paysages sublimes jusqu’à Kochi (anc. Cochin) ; l’après-midi : visite accompagnée. Ville étrange et éclectique, Kochi reflète parfaitement les particularités du Kerala. A la fin du 14e siècle, elle était la capitale d'un petit royaume hindou et, dès le 15e, elle a vu passer de nombreux visiteurs (portugais, hollandais, anglais) qui ont tous laissé leurs traces. Port important du commerce des épices, Kochi la séductrice possède un charme romantique certain. On y voit des églises chrétiennes du 16e siècle, un ancien palais hollandais (construit par les Portugais !) et des filets de pêche témoins d’échanges entre le sud de l’Inde et la Chine précédant d’un siècle l’arrivée de Vasco de Gama en 1498… 10e jour: Kochi Le matin : visite accompagnée ; après-midi libre. 11e jour : Kochi – Kozhikode Le matin : minibus pour Kozhikode ; après-midi: balade accompagnée Etape pour couper le long trajet entre Kochi et Kannur, Kozhikode est une ville côtière aux rues de marché très animées et au bord de mer très fréquenté par les habitants chaque jour au coucher du soleil. 12e jour : Kozhikode - Kannur Le matin : minibus pour Kannur ; après-midi: visite accompagnée Sur la côte, tout au nord du Kerala, Kannur est une petite ville connue pour ses manufactures de coton et sa fabrique de « beedis », petites cigarettes indiennes très populaires. Nous séjournerons dans un village voisin, pour une fin de voyage toute en douceur sur une magnifique plage tranquille… De nombreux moments seront consacrés à boucler votre voyage créatif. 13e jour : Kannur Le matin : visite accompagnée ; après-midi libre. 14e jour : Vols de retour Journée libre ; en soirée : transfert à l’aéroport pour les vols de retour. 15e jour : Arrivée à Genève .
