Introduction The development of physical education (PE) class in the rural primary school has a direct relationship with the pupils’ physical health and their interest in lifelong sports training, what’s more, it involves the future of our motherland and nation. In 2009, “Plan for The Development of Chinese Youth School Soccer Ball” officially launched, and DaZhou is one of the 44 cities that applied this activity. This helps DaZhou step into a new stage in PE sports of different districts that modeled by urban areas. In order to provide the theory basis for PE reform in DaZhu County, this thesis has a thorough analysis and summary for the present situation of PE class in rural primary school of DaZhu county, which probes into the problems and causes in the process of carrying out the sports training class. -

SWOT Analysis on International Exchange and Cooperation of Higher Education with ASEAN Countries of Universities in Guizhou Province Zhou Qian, Pradit Silabut*, Surasak Srikrachang**, Swat Photiwat** Doctor of Education in Educational Administration, Sisaket Rajabhat University ABSTRACT This study aimed to find out the state, problems, suggestions of international exchange and cooperation of higher education with ASEAN countries at Guizhou province, and to propose suggestion for development of international exchange and cooperation of higher education with ASEAN countries at Guizhou province. The population of this study consisted of 8,184 faculties from 6 universities in Guizhou province. Using stratified random sampling, the samples of this research were total 367 subjects. The instruments of this research were questionnaire and SWOT cross PEST analysis model. It was found that the current situation of the international exchange and cooperation of higher education with ASEAN countries at Guizhou province including 2 factors which performance was at high levels, and 5 aspects which perspective on were as follows: 1) the total performance on students of exchange and cooperation of higher education with ASEAN in Guizhou province was at a moderate level; 2) the total performance on teachers and scholars of exchange and cooperation of higher education with ASEAN in Guizhou province was at a moderate level; 3) the total performance on joint research of exchange and cooperation of higher education with ASEAN in Guizhou province was at a low level; 4) the total performance on conferences and seminars cooperation of exchange and cooperation of higher education with ASEAN in Guizhou province was at a low level; 5) the total performance on curriculums cooperation of exchange and cooperation of higher education with ASEAN in Guizhou province was at a moderate level. -
Role of PARP1-Mediated Autophagy in EGFR-TKI Resistance in Non
www.nature.com/scientificreports OPEN Role of PARP1‑mediated autophagy in EGFR‑TKI resistance in non‑small cell lung cancer Zhimin Zhang1,4, Xiaojuan Lian2,4, Wei Xie1, Jin Quan2, Maojun Liao1, Yan Wu3, Zhen‑Zhou Yang3,4* & Ge Wang1,4* Resistance to epidermal growth factor receptor‑tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR‑TKIs) has become the main clinical challenge of advanced lung cancer. This research aimed to explore the role of PARP1‑ mediated autophagy in the progression of TKI therapy. PARP1‑mediated autophagy was evaluated in vitro by CCK‑8 assay, clonogenic assay, immunofuorescence, and western blot in the HCC‑827, H1975, and H1299 cells treated with icotinib (Ico), rapamycin, and AZD2281 (olaparib) alone or in combination. Our results and GEO dataset analysis confrmed that PARP1 is expressed at lower levels in TKI‑sensitive cells than in TKI‑resistant cells. Low PARP1 expression and high p62 expression were associated with good outcomes among patients with NSCLC after TKI therapy. AZD2281 and a lysosomal inhibitor reversed resistance to Ico by decreasing PARP1 and LC3 in cells, but an mTOR inhibitor did not decrease Ico resistance. The combination of AZD2281 and Ico exerted a markedly enhanced antitumor efect by reducing PARP1 expression and autophagy in vivo. Knockdown of PARP1 expression reversed the resistance to TKI by the mTOR/Akt/autophagy pathway in HCC‑827IR, H1975, and H1299 cells. Read Full License Page 2/22 Abstract Manganese doped aluminum nitride (AlN:Mn) nanowires were fabricated by direct nitridation of Al and Mn mixed powders. The as-synthesized AlN:Mn nanowires were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The measurements reveal the successful incorporation of Mn2+ ions into AlN nanowires. The magnetic and optical properties of the AlN:Mn nanowires were studied using vibrating sample magnetometer and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The AlN:Mn nanowires exhibit room temperature ferromagnetic behavior and a red emission band centered at 597 nm corresponding to 4 4 6 6 2+ the T1( G)- A1( S) transition of Mn . The abnormal thermal quenching behavior and long afterglow feature are investigated through the temperature dependent emission and the afterglow spectrum. The thermoluminescence curve shows that AlN: Mn nanowires have a wide trap distribution, which leads to the abnormal thermal quenching behavior and persistent luminescence. -

Abstract. Since 2007, the provinces have appointed party leaders and supervisors to private universities. This paper takes five private universities in Hubei Province as an example. First, it analyses the group characteristics of supervisors in private universities, including the origin characteristics, demographic characteristics, demographic characteristics including gender, age, educational background, professional title, work experience, etc. Then it analyses the effect of supervisors' supervision in private universities, and finally puts forward policy enlightenment. 1. Preface private universities are an important force in China's higher education. From the late 1990s to the beginning of this century, many independent colleges have sprung up and become the main part of China's private universities. Since 2008, independent colleges have been transformed into independent private undergraduate colleges. By May 2016, the total number of private universities in China was 735, of which 317 were private colleges and 417 were private undergraduate colleges; 266 were independent colleges and 151 were private universities, of which 60 were private undergraduate colleges and universities transferred from independent colleges. Decree No. 25 of the Ministry of Education issued in February 2007 clearly requires the establishment of a supervisory system for private universities, and provincial education departments should appoint supervisory commissioners to private universities. -

Recently, the enrollment of International Students has increased at Chinese Universities. The study aims to understand why such International Students from Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan choose to study in China for tertiary education rather than studying in any US or European Universities. To conclude the study, a mixed-method research methodology was used by using focus group discussions and descriptive statistics from two different surveys. The research establishes that the maximum of the international students have chosen China as their study destination is because of safety and security at the campus, proximity with their homeland, low cost of education and accommodation, and a strong perception of prospective job opportunities upon completion of their degrees.
