A Paralympic medallist, Reddish has been the national performance director since 2003 and took over his new role at the beginning of May. A corrosive resistant finish was required due to the close proximity of a mine dump, containing corrosive chemicals, to the stadium. Following consultation with the engineers and architects, the Triumph 4 full- height turnstile was modified, in terms of aesthetics and function, to meet the needs of the stadium.
