RESTRICTED BREEDS

Certain properties do not permit residents to have classified as “restricted breeds,” (i.e., that are known to be aggressive to people or other or to be destructive to property). Property Management has sole discretion to determine whether an animal is a restricted breed and may base its decision on documentation, visual inspection, examination by a veterinarian, and other measures. Set forth below is a list of “restricted breeds” that guests may or may not be permitted to keep as pets on the property. This list is subject to change at any time. Pets that contain a mix of any of the breeds listed below, or any breeds subsequently added to the list of restricted breeds, may also fall under this list. Residents shall not be permitted to have undomesticated animals as pets.

Belgian Dog Bernese Mountain Dog Black Russian , a.k.a. Russian Bear , Black Terrier, Tchiorny Terrier, Chornyi , a.k.a. Italian (and all Catahoula breeds) Chinese Shar Pei, a.k.a. Chinese Fighting Dog Chow-Chow Doberman , a.k.a. Bordeaux Bulldog, French Mastiff Great Pyranees, a.k.a. Pryanees Mountain Dog Husky, a.k.a. Jindo Dog, a.k.a. Chindo Kuvasz Malamute Mastiff (including Bull Mastiff, ) (including Pit Bull , American Pit , any Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier) , a.k.a. Canary Dogs , a.k.a. Lion Dog, African Lion St. Bernard Inu , Wolf-Dog Hybrid (including all wolf-like breeds)
