It is a daunting task to eradicate tuberculosis completely in Heng County due to a large transient population, human immunodeficiency virus/tuberculosis coinfection, and latent infection. Thus, a high-precision forecasting model can be used for the prevention and control of tuberculosis. In this study, four models including a basic autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model, a traditional ARIMA–generalized regression neural network (GRNN) model, a basic GRNN model, and a new ARIMA–GRNN hybrid model were used to fit and predict the incidence of tuberculosis.

Gibbosaccus, Chiritopsis, and Wentsaiboea. Based on phylogenetic analyses of ITS sequences and apparent morphological similarity, we make further transfers of six species of Chirita (C. leprosa, C. lijiangensis, C. ningmingensis, C. luochengensis, C. rongshuiensis, and C. tiandengensis) and four of Chiritopsis (Ch. danxiaensis, Ch. hezhouensis, Ch. jingxiensis, and Ch. longzhouensis) that were neglected or published around or slightly after these recent taxonomic treatments. The proposed nomenclatural changes include one new name, P. pseudolinearifolia, and nine new combinations, P. danxiaensis, P. hezhouensis, P. jingxiensis, P. leprosa, P. lijiangensis, P. longzhouensis,

In this study, single-beam bathymetry coupled with sediment sampling and analysis was carried out to ascertain submarine topography, geomorphology and sediment distribution patterns, and explore sediment provenance in Qinzhou Bay, China. The results show the following: (1) the underwater topography in Qinzhou Bay is complex and variable, with water depths in the range of 0–20 m. It can be divided into four underwater topographic zones (the central (outer Qinzhou Bay), eastern (Sanniang Bay), western (east of Fangcheng Port), and southern (outside of the bay) parts); (2) based on geomorphological features, the study area comprises four major submarine geomorphological units (i.e., tide-dominated delta, tidal sand ridge group, tidal scour troughs, and underwater slope) and two intertidal geomorphological Citation: Cao, C.; Cai, F.; Qi, H.; units (i.e., tidal flat and abrasion platforms); (3) sandy sediments are widely present in Qinzhou Zheng, Y.; Lu, H.

It can be divided into four sections 微, while MC Xiao 晓 initial group includes according to the distribution: the northern area, the Xiao 晓 and Xia 匣 initials. The third and fourth southwestern area, the southern area, the class of Xiao 晓 initial group have almost southeastern area. The mixing is very simple in the palatalized as [ɕ] which doesn’t mix with Fei northern area, while in Sichuan it is the most initial group. This paper mainly discusses the first extensive and complex. The southern area only and the second class of Xiao and Xia initials. The includes Hunan and Guangxi where ethnic mixing of Fei and Xiao initials is a relatively minorities gather, and the mixing is very recent phonetic change, which has no direct complicated. Ancient languages are preserved in the inheritance with the phonological system of southeastern area where there are still bilabial Qieyun. The mixing mainly occurs in the southern sounds and initial consonant [h], but the mixing is part of the mainland of China.

  • Anisotropic Patterns of Liver Cancer Prevalence in Guangxi in Southwest China: Is Local Climate a Contributing Factor?
DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.7314/APJCP.2015.16.8.3579 Anisotropic Patterns of Liver Cancer Prevalence in Guangxi in Southwest China: Is Local Climate a Contributing Factor? RESEARCH ARTICLE Anisotropic Patterns of Liver Cancer Prevalence in Guangxi in Southwest China: Is Local Climate a Contributing Factor? Wei Deng1&, Long Long2&*, Xian-Yan Tang3, Tian-Ren Huang1, Ji-Lin Li1, Min- Hua Rong1, Ke-Zhi Li1, Hai-Zhou Liu1 Abstract Geographic information system (GIS) technology has useful applications for epidemiology, enabling the detection of spatial patterns of disease dispersion and locating geographic areas at increased risk. In this study, we applied GIS technology to characterize the spatial pattern of mortality due to liver cancer in the autonomous region of Guangxi Zhuang in southwest China. A database with liver cancer mortality data for 1971-1973, 1990-1992, and 2004-2005, including geographic locations and climate conditions, was constructed, and the appropriate associations were investigated. It was found that the regions with the highest mortality rates were central Guangxi with Guigang City at the center, and southwest Guangxi centered in Fusui County. Regions with the lowest mortality rates were eastern Guangxi with Pingnan County at the center, and northern Guangxi centered in Sanjiang and Rongshui counties. Regarding climate conditions, in the 1990s the mortality rate of liver cancer positively correlated with average temperature and average minimum temperature, and negatively correlated with average precipitation. In 2004 through 2005, mortality due to liver cancer positively correlated with the average minimum temperature. Regions of high mortality had lower average humidity and higher average barometric pressure than did regions of low mortality.
