Sustainable business The health and safety of our employees is of paramount importance, and we work hard to ensure all our people get home safe every day. I was therefore deeply saddened by the death of one of our colleagues in January, following an incident involving inspections on an armoured vehicle. This tragic incident serves to strengthen our focus on ensuring that we have a world class safety culture. Our delivery programmes are by their very nature long term, and we are committed to investing in our people throughout their careers in order to ensure we have the right people in place now and in the years to come.
