Portal to Deliver Next-Generation Billing Solutions to Vodafone Operating Companies Worldwide New Global Framework Agreement establishes Portal as a preferred strategic billing solutions provider to Vodafone NEWBURY, UK and CUPERTINO, CA (September 2, 2004) – Portal Software Inc.
