Like all Georgia Marbles, it has the large crystals that give it superior durability, unmatched by other marbles. White Georgia was first quarried in the 1830s so it is well represented across the nation. On this page is pictured the New York Stock exchange • and the Field Museum, America's largest marble building. Both of these structures are clad with White Georgia Marble. Recently we furnished additional marble for renovation work on the Stock Exchange Annex and have replaced the ' terra cotta on the Field Museum which is located in Chicago.
