Start the week with some outdoor activities at Mont Magic Park in Canillo. It is a sector of the Grandvalira ski resort which in summer becomes a giant adventure park for all ages. You can spend the whole day there, choose the activities that interest you most, and eat lunch at one of its restaurants. You’ll love it!

When it’s time to head back, you can stop on the way to visit the Electricity Museum. It is an interpretation space where you will learn about the impact this invention had on the history of the Principality, and you can experiment with electricity at its workshops.

On the second day, get ready to discover some alpine scenery and lakes. You can explore the Tristaina Lakes in Arcalís on an easy trail that takes just over two hours, which will help familiarise you with the area’s natural setting.

Afterwards you can do the Verdaguer route, a trail that pays tribute to the Catalan writer Jacint Verdaguer, who toured the Valley in 1883 to document his epic poem “Canigó”. It is a slightly more difficult route starting at the Creussans chairlift and providing views of

One of the most famous valleys in Andorra is the shallow Valley, home to several traditional mountain chalets, or “bordas”, that have stood the test of time. The trail is very easy and you can do it by foot or on the electric train (only in summer).

The valley is also where the trail to Juclar Lake, the country’s largest, sets off. You begin the ascent up to the lake at the end of Incles Valley; the trail is not very difficult and in just a few hours of walking you will arrive at the lake. You can take the entire day to enjoy the beautiful landscape and the flora and fauna you’ll find along the way.

The lake has a staffed refuge where you can have lunch and rest before walking back. The
