1 Introduction to Anhui University of Technology
Anhui University of Technology (AHUT) was founded in 1958. Its main focus is on engineering programs; at the same time, it offers well developed programs in science, humanities, economics, management, law and arts.
The university is located in Ma’anshan, Anhui Province, a “National Garden City” with convenient transportation to Nanjing (18 mins) and Shanghai (120 mins) by high-speed trains. Ma’anshan stands by the Yangtze River, the longest river in China, enriched with natural and cultural heritages, and keeps pace with modern development.
AHUT is a key institution of higher learning in Anhui Province, one of the 100 key universities in central and western China with priority support from the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE) and also a higher institution implementing MOE’s “Outstanding Engineering Education Project”. Recently, the university has been listed as the top 50 universities for its innovation and entrepreneurship education.
AHUT consists of 2 campuses, covering a total area of 1.64 million square meters. The university has 17 schools with 71 bachelor-degree programs, 67 master-degree programs, and 6 doctor-degree programs. The university has over 20,000 full-time undergraduates, 2,500 full-time graduates and international students from over 40 countries.

Program Introduction: This program aims at the cultivation of advanced，specialized and interdisciplinary talents for business ventures. Graduates will be acquainted with knowledge of the prevailing rules, practices and related policies and regulations of international trade, the development status of international economy and China’s modern economy, with good professional ethics. Key Courses: Economics, World Economy, Consumer Behavior, Principles of International Trade, International Marketing, China's Foreign Trade, E-commerce, WTO Rules etc..

Program Introduction: The Software Engineering program is designed to develop senior software engineers with solid knowledge foundation of computer science and software engineering to serve enterprises and public sectors. Key Courses: C++ Programming Design, Compiler Principle, Computer Networks, Object-oriented Modeling, Database System, Java Programming Language, Software Architecture etc.

Program Introduction: The program is designed to cultivate students who can be equipped with the knowledge system required by the practicing qualifications such as structure, geotechnical and equipment engineer, construction engineer, supervising engineer, cost engineer and engineering test evaluator and can engage in the work related to the relevant majors of Architecture and Civil Engineering such as design, construction, test, operation and management. Key Courses: Structural Mechanics, Civil Engineering Material, Engineering Surveying, Building Construction, Structural Design of Multiple-story and High-rise Buildings, Civil Construction and Organization Management, Engineering Cost, Earthquake Resistance of Engineering Structures.

practical skills about economics and international trade. Graduates will be acquainted with knowledge of development status of international economic and of China’s modern economy

Program Introduction: Accounting offered at AHUT is a key discipline in Anhui Province. The research field includes capital operation and financial management (CFO), management accountant (CMA), and audit assurance and management consulting (CPA). The program aims at cultivating advanced professional accounting talents with the ability of strongly discovering, analyzing and solving problems. Language Requirements: The language proficiency requirement of IELTS 5.5 (academic module) or TOFEL (IBT) 70 or equivalent level tested by the university is required for applicants whose official language is not English. If applicant’s senior high school programs are of English medium, the above language requirement is waived, provided an official teaching language certification is offered. 4、Applicants under 18 by Sept. 1st, 2019 should submit a Guarantee Letter (Attachment 1). 4.2 Master-degree applicants 1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens above 18 with a valid foreign passport and good health condition. 2. Holders of bachelor degree or above. 3. Language Requirements: The language proficiency requirement of IELTS 6.0 (academic module) or TOFEL (IBT) 80 or equivalent level tested by the university is required for applicants whose official language is not English. If applicant’s programs for the highest diploma are of English medium, the above language requirement is waived, provided an official teaching language certification is offered. 4. Applicants who want to apply for the programs of Science and Engineering should have the relevant academic background. 4.3 Doctor-degree applicants 1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens above 18 with a valid foreign passport and good health condition. 2. Holders of master degree or above. 3. Applicants should meet one of the following language proficiency requirements: a. IELTS 6.5 (academic module) or TOFEL (IBT) 90 or equivalent level tested by the university is required for applicants whose official language is not English. If applicant’s programs for the highest diploma are of English medium, the above language requirement is waived, provided an official teaching language certification is offered. b.
