Whether its welcoming new members to taster sessions, helping staff promote the programme at local events, or even running some of the taster sessions and group activities, they’re always there to support us.

Our helpers come together each month to catch up over a free dinner, discuss opportunities and sign up for the sessions they would like to help with.

This is also where some of the ideas for sessions are generated.
