AUTHORITY AND OVERSIGHT PARTNERS’ IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS MAINE For activities related to Authority and Oversight of the NBRC. MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS PARTNERS’ CASH CONTRIBUTIONS The NBRC Members have a shared staff that is accountable For activities related to Management and Operations. These and responsible to the Members as a whole.
