Alersandr V Turianskii, Andreii F Dorofeev, Aleksandr V Akinchin*, Sergeii A Linkov, and Aleksey G Stupakov. V.Ia. Gorin Belgorod State Agrarian University, 308503 Belgorod Region, Belgorodsky District, Maisky Village, Vavilova str. 1. ABSTRACT An intensive farming triggers mineralization of humus, which leads to a deterioration in the agrochemical, physicochemical, biological, and other properties of the soil. In this regard, the means for the biologization of agriculture should be given much more attention as a powerful means of increasing the fertility of the soil and the economic efficiency of agricultural production. The presented data testify to the positive influence of green manure crops as an element of biologization on the productivity of agricultural crops and the indices of soil fertility. In general, the most economically feasible for the crops studied is the variant of mustard embedding with the Sun Flower unit, which profitability level averaged 77.5%. While the least cost-effective was the option with the use of unembedded buckwheat - only 39.5%. Keywords: biologization of agriculture, green manure crop, soil cultivation, economic efficiency. *Corresponding author September–October 2018 RJPBCS 9(5) Page No. 1370 ISSN: 0975-8585 INTRODUCTION Solving the tasks of ecological safety of modern farming systems and increasing their economic efficiency should be connected with the biology of agriculture and energy conservation, one of the main principles of which is the preservation and improvement of soil fertility through the use of organic fertilizers [4, 5, 8, 9, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 23], while the need for rational nature management is strengthened by the transition to sustainable development of rural areas and the "green" economy, the development of the concept of land use ecologization (3, 6.7.10). -

ISSN: 0975-8585 Research Journal of Pharmaceutical, Biological and Chemical Sciences Scientific Rationale for Inclusion of A New Nature Complex Belyj Kolodez (Russia, Belgorod Region) Into the Emerald Network. Alexandr V Gusev*, Elena I Ermakova, and Zhanna A Buryak Belgorod State National Research University, 85, Pobedy St., Belgorod, 308015, Russia. ABSTRACT The article shows that there are resources for extending the national list of potential Areas of Special Conservation Interest (ASCI's) of the Emerald network in densely populated and old-developed regions. The representativeness of the Belyj Kolodez nature complex (Russia, Belgorod region) is substantiated. Based on the survey of the territory, the types of priority habitats were identified according to the EUNIR classification, their floral characteristics are given taking into consideration the geographical features of the European Russia, Central Black Soil Region and the region under consideration, a list of priority species of vascular plants is given. Keywords: Emerald network, species of European importance, territory of special nature conservation, priority habitats. *Corresponding author July – August 2016 RJPBCS 7(4) Page No. 496 ISSN: 0975-8585 INTRODUCTION In 1979 the Bern Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats was adopted. The Standing Committee of the Bern Convention conferred the status of potential Emerald network areas to 740 Russian ASCI's. In the Belgorod region, nine areas were given such status [1-5]. The Strategic Plan for Biodiversity 2011-2020 adopted within the Convention on Biological Diversity provides for the formation of a representative system of Areas of Special Conservation Interest covering at least 17 per cent of the terrestrial and inland water areas of the relevant geographic allotment (of a state, region, etc.). -

Storytelling and Its Potential in the Development of Tourist Destinations in the Post-Pandemic Age
E3S Web of Conferences 291, 06002 (2021) https://doi.org/10.1051/e3sconf/202129106002 SDGG 2021 Storytelling and its potential in the development of tourist destinations in the post-pandemic age Lyudmila Semenova1, Tatiana Klimova2, and Irina Bogomazova2 1Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, st. Gorky, 32, 236041 Kaliningrad, Russia 2Belgorod State National Research University, st. Pobedy, 85, 308015 Belgorod, Russia Abstract. Information obtained from any source is forgotten after three days. The exception is the one that is of particular importance and is broadcast through stories. The ongoing transformation of the needs of tourists is reflected in the diversification of the tourist offer. In this regard, storytelling has received particular relevance and development. Storytelling technologies are the process of communicating information as a result of the use of stories and legends. The article analyzes the state and development prospects of the region as an attractive tourist destination, suggests a model for promoting a regional tourist destination based on storytelling. The development and comprehensive implementation of projects, taking into account the interests of all participants, will provide an opportunity to promote and develop the territory as an attractive tourist destination, which is of paramount importance in modern socio-economic conditions. 1 Introduction The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and the travel restrictions are changing the development potential of the tourism industry, both in Russia and around the world. The results of 2020 testify to the deplorable state of the tourism sector and, as a result, its finding in extreme conditions. According to the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Russian citizens made 71% fewer trips compared to 2019, namely 14 million trips to foreign countries, and more than half of the trips fell on the "pre-quarantine" first quarter of 2020 - almost 54%. -

The features of development and settlement of the Central Black Earth Region are examined. The main colonization flows and their impact on the modern structure of the population are stated, the migration attractiveness of the region is de- scribed. The territories with fertile black earth soils are analyzed in terms of their in- volvement in economic circulation processes. Cities are characterized as the central points of the settlement. Particular attention is paid to the role of regional centers. The influence of the most significant factors on the contemporary urban settlement structure is evaluated: the construction of railways, iron ore mining and production of ferrous metals. The role of soils in urban development and the processes of urbanization are analyzed. Keywords: city, urbanization, black earth soils. JEL Classification: P25, Q16, Q18. The dependence of the citizens’ lives on the soil conditions is no longer ev- ident. However, the cities that arose and developed on the black earth soils have geographical features, which indirectly effect the socio-economic development. The degree of involvement in agriculture, based on the fertility of black soils, is reflected, in particular, on the type of industrial production. -
Kharkov ’43 Was the Final Successful Operation for the Axis Forces in Russia
DESIGNER NOTES & HISTORY DOCUMENT THE CAMPAIGN Kharkov ’43 was the final successful operation for the Axis forces in Russia. It marked the end of the Stalingrad tragedy and the prelude to Kursk. It was a sweeping campaign, with large distances and low unit densities making it more akin to a desert campaign than the Eastern front. This operation was actually the Third battle of Kharkov following on the German capture of the city in September 1941 and the Soviet attempt to recapture the city in May 1942 (as simulated in Kharkov ’42). There was a Fourth battle of Kharkov in August 1943 where the Soviets liberated the city for a final time in the Polkovodets Rumyantsev offensive post Kursk. When looking at this operation it became apparent that there were three distinct phases in the battle. • The Soviet Offensive – The Star & Gallop operations, Feb 2nd to Feb 19th. • Manstein’s Backhand blow against South Western Front, Feb 20th to Mar 5th • The German recapture of Kharkov and the shattering of Voronezh Front, Mar 6th to Mar 18th It was decided to create a base campaign for each of these periods, rather than one 450 turn game. The reasoning behind this decision was the extremely fluid situation and the fact that building victory conditions for each side in a ‘mega campaign’ where the objectives changed over time was next to impossible. Further complicating this was that some units were Page 1 withdrawn and refurbished (Gross Deutschland, for example) which would be very difficult to handle in terms of game play. Once this decision was made it ensured that the individual campaigns would be playable due to their moderate length (57 – 180 turns), and allow all scenarios to be tested sufficiently. -

Received on 25-10-2016 Accepted on 02-11-2016 Abstract. The study examined a regional settlement system in respect of the aspect of the interaction between economics, sociology, geography, urban planning and development of regional management system. Regional settlement system is an open space system which variables can be described as a mixed way (quantitatively and qualitatively). Subsystems of a regional settlement system (natural and historical-cultural framework, transport, economy, population) are identified. The dynamics of the historical development of subsystems and their interaction are considered by the example of the Belgorod region which is a regional settlement system. A regional system is complex and interrelated by its elements and satisfies to the system concept of functional integrity. Changing the configuration properties of a territory leads to a change in its target function. Keywords: regional settlement system, sustainable development, transport infrastructure, economy, population, natural framework, historical-cultural framework, Belgorod region. Introduction. Successful territorial development of a country depends on rates and prospects for the development of regional settlement systems. Regional settlement system is considered in respect of the aspect of the interaction between economics, sociology, geography, urban planning and development of regional management system [1]. So far, a unified approach to determination of essence and content of a region as an object of study has not been developed yet. -
