Brief Facts of the Case Occurred 16.01.2021 at 8.30 P.M at house of the complainant, Ambedkar Street, Narasimha Road, Jagannaikpur, Kakinada and reported on 17.01.2021 at 6.00 A.M Wherein the complainant namely Sangadi Dhanalakshmi W/o Sathibabu, A/35 Years, C/Agnikulakshatriya, R/o D.No.51-2-1, Ambedkar Street, Narasimha Road, Jagannaikpur, Kakinada reported that she has three children 2 male and one female. Her daughter namely Sangadi Sandhya, A/13 Years has been studying 8th class in Municipal Girls High School, Jagannaikpur, Kakinada. In which the above date and time the missing girl went to her paternal aunt namely Sangadi Ramana’s house which is located beside to the complainant’s house. Later half an hour complainant called the missing girl for take dinner but her sister replied that the Sandhy was not there. When the complainant searched about the missing girl in and around of their surroundings. But she could not traced. Then the complainant searched at the cot and books of missing girl and found a keypad mobile phone there, it has a dialed number 6303517523. In this connection the complainant reported the same for taking necessary action. Hence the FIR.
